Days passed like that... jungkook was becoming busy day by day.... taehyung gave him more works than he gives to  other attorneys..and jungkook as the dedicated ass always tried to give his best

But not even once in life, he heard a good word or a small appreciation from taehyung's mouth..well now he is getting used to that

To not expect anything in return

is good for your mental health

Jungkook paused his ongoing work
hearing the telephone ringing

"Mr. Jeon...come to my cabin..."

He heard Taehyung saying

He was confused, he haven't got any work to submit at this time...

With a shrug, he hoped towards the CEO's cabin with lazy steps

"Why did you call me Mr Kim?" he asked and he saw Taehyung looking up from his files  and staring at him with a blank face, rubbing that slender fingers on his chin

The look was dislikable  for jungkook

"Sir....is there any problem?" he asked again and heard the other sighing, learning back on the chair

"We  won the case of sehun..." Taehyung informed in a small voice

"Oh"

Jungkook doesn't know how to respond

Should he become happy that it'll give a great profit and name for their firm, or should he become sad because it's against his morals

Anyway jungkook just nodded as a reply, trying to show a small curve on his lips

"He is conducting a party tomorrow in a restaurant called***** for the success of case  "

Jungkook hummed, he sensed Taehyung taking a small pause before continuing again

"And he had invited me and you ........ for the function.."

"Oh- "Jungkook's eyes slightly widened in realisation, and eyebrows raised "he w-what??Why did he invite me.... I  have no role in his fu-i mean case " he spoke, and his voice was a little louder than usual

Taehyung again stared at him blankly" I also don't have any idea why did he call you Mr. Jeon...but guess we can't deny this...you have to come with me tomorrow "Taehyung declared again learning towards his table

Jungkook was staring at his head with an unbelievable expression" I ain't coming Mr. Kim....you can go  if you want..." Jungkook fired back and turned around to leave

"Remember Mr. Jeon ...this is not about the work....but do not let you're impulsive decisions affect your personal life...we don't know the reason behind this special invitation.....and..he..he  is capable of anything If he wants, "Taehyung explained his eyes was boring through the air,

And the consern in his voice didn't go unnoticed by jungkook

What does that mean..

"You can go now,and I'm expecting you won't do anything dense tomorrow "taehyung declared before drawning again to his files

Jungkook sighed walking outside of the cabin

The young attorney was  sitting in the living room waiting for Taehyung's call,his mind wondered through the words of taehyung
