loren finishes her plate and puts it in the dishwasher, and scurrying up the stairs
as she walks down the bland hallway she stops by her dads room and listens into his conversation,
only to be met with horror.
she doesn't hear him, no keys clicking away, signaling he's working, no quiet voices, nothing.
loren decides she's done with secrets being kept from her, and opens her dads door, to find he's not there.
"huh, guess he wasn't working after all"
she rolls her eyes as she talks out loud, and decides to look in his room for secrets he's hid.
"no more secrets starting now"
determined to find some kind of secret, she digs in her dads office boxes, trying to find something
she finds nothing of course, and goes back in her room after cleaning the mess, and lays in bed
"i should just go to sleep, i'm tired"
and she does exactly that
she brushes her teeth, and puts on her green hoodie and sweatpants with frogs on them
and goes to sleep.
