This a rule about the forms, if this rule is not followed your form will be deleted, no ifs ands or buts.

For the love of all that is unholy, please keep forms in one comment. It makes things so much easier to keep track of. Or I will just delete your comments. and for god's sake, read the rules, there's questions in there to prove you've read them so I'll know if you haven't. If you don't answer those questions and prove the rules have indeed been read I will remind you and/or ignore your form until you answer the questions. I'm tired of reminding people of this stuff.
