Here's a little step by step method for me and you!

1 - get into comfy pjs.

2 - make a cup of tea.

3 - watch your dr movie or listen to music that reminds you of your dr.

4 - read/write up ur script (or use mine and change it up a bit)

5 - when you're ready, meditate.

6 - put on some subliminals.

7 - go through your script off the top of your head (let it flow).

8 - use a guided shifting method or just go for it.

9 - shift!
