"Kara!" Lena rushed over to Kara

"Oh my Rao. What happened Lena? You seem so worried about me."

Lena hugged Kara

"I just missed you."

"Oh really?"

"Yeah? I can't miss my best friend?"

"best friend" it echoed in Kara's mind

"Kara?"

"Oh, sorry. Zoned out. Anyways, you wanna go out for lunch tomorrow?"

"Hmmm, what about dinner tonight?"

"Dinner, tonight?"

Kara looks at her phone, it was "4:29" a selfie of her and Lena was Kara's wallpaper

"Why? What's wrong? Is there something for you tonight?"

"I-I don't know Lena. I mean you know why I'm so busy?"

"I'm sure the city can live without supergirl for a day." Lena whispering "supergirl"

"Hmmm."

"Please, my treat."

Kara giggled

"What?"

"Nothingg."

"Tell me."

"I mean.. you want me to have dinner with you tonight."

"Come on, we haven't gone out for like weeks since we got rid of Nxyly and Lex."

Kara sighs "Fine."

"Thanks, I'll schedule a dinner at-"

"Don't tell me, I want it to be a surprise."

"Urm.. Okay? Just dress formally though. Kay?"

"Dress formally, got it."

"I'll text you what time I'll get you."

"Okay. Bye Lena!"

"Bye Kara." Lena smiled at Kara before she left

"Best friends huh?"

A voice came behind Kara, she turned around

"James! What a surprise!"

"Well I figured I'd pay CatCo a visit."

"Wow, unexpectedly huh."

"Yeah. So you and Lena have dinner tonight?"

"Yup! I guess so."

"You excited?"

"Why wouldn't I be. A date with my best friend." Kara looking away

"A date?"

"I-I mean a dinner, with my best friend, of course."

James laughed

"You two are adorable."

"Wha-What do you mean James?"

"Look at you too I mean- never mind."

"Okay. Oh, by the way game night tomorrow. You haven't been to one in a while."

"Yeah, sure. I'll be there."

"Great! I'll see you tomorrow night then."
