Walmart of death

The "bunker" consisted of one big room, with multiple halls sprouting into bathrooms, the kitchen, and bedrooms. "How did you find this place?" Ava asked "It was my dad. He was convinced that one day something like this would happen, so he built a bunker in our shed. At the time I called him crazy but now..." Kevin broke off. Ava felt bad for the guy, she knew what it was like to lose a father. The rest of the night Ava tried to help as much as she could. She helped clean, cook, and even helped organize the armory (where they had wall-to-wall weapons, like axes, throwing knives, sheath of arrows, and even more Ava couldn't name).

The next morning Ava woke up to Paige shaking her awake "Get up we're going out" she said "Going out where?" Ava asked "We're going shopping," said Paige. A half-hour later they were speeding down the road in an old pickup truck. Paige was driving with Ava in shotgun, and Kevin and Argos in the bed. They pulled up to a run-down Walmart. They ran in and started grabbing whatever they could. "How did this all start, the zombies I mean," Ava asked "My dad and some scientist were experimenting with a disease some dead ants get that turns them into ant zombies," Kevin said "One day there was an accident, someone got infected an-" "shhh" ava whispered did you hear that. Just then a soft moan filled the air. "Get to the truck" Paige whispered already halfway there. Just then a dozen zombies wairing Walmart employ uniforms busted in. They get to the truck Paige already starting the engine. Ava and Kevin hopped into the back and they were off. Just then there was a bark. Argos was running towards them but falling behind, a zombie grabbed his tail. In a split-second decision Ava grabbed her dagger and jumped out of the truck, she ran up to the zombie who had Agos tail cut off his arm. The truck slowed to let them catch up. Ava and Argo jumped into the truck and they sped away from the store.
