The tattoo was done and covered.
Yeonjun had his pants back on while Serim and Hoseok had headed back to the hotel so the two could enjoy the rest of their date. The white-blond was glad about that too, even if Beomgyu had shown interest in tattooing.
"So, what did you think?", Yeonjun still wanted to know, wrapping his arms around Beomgyu so that the redhead could feel safe in a hug.
If he wanted to.
The two of them lay together on the couch while the warm, golden light of the setting sun fell into the room through the large windows. The scent of plants and earth still hung in the air, mingling with the soft smell of Yeonjun's perfume. It was peaceful and relaxing, as if time stood still. The two felt the warmth of each other's bodies and enjoyed being close to each other. It was as if they were in their own world, shielded from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the outside world. It felt good to let the day wind down like this, and Beomgyu gave a comforting sigh.
"Pretty interesting, I've never watched a tattoo artist at work before."
"Oh, is that all?" asked Yeonjun in amusement, letting his hands wander down to Beomgyu's sides, where he lightly pinched the tip of his fingers together, trying to figure out if the younger man was ticklish. "Was there nothing more interesting than Serim's skill!"
Immediately, Beomgyu's laughter echoed throughout the room, and he curled to the side, fending off the tickle attack with both hands. "I was trying not to stare at your butt, is that what you mean?" he exclaimed, chuckling playfully once more.
Had he just told the truth like that?
He seemed to be making progress.
"I wouldn't mind with you," Yeonjun purred, finishing his mean attack only to pull Beomgyu tighter into his arms like a feathery teddy bear. For a moment, Hoseok's question about whether he was homesick came back to his mind and buried his face in the crook of Beomgyu's neck because of it. He sighed softly and added, "I'm so glad to have you."
"I'm glad I get to meet you, too," Beomgyu smiled, sliding his hand up and down Yeonjun's back. The day had left many impressions and it had definitely been different from the previous weeks.
Exciting and chaotic, but also touching and intense.
Still, they were both downright exhausted from this date, which is why it didn't take long for Yeonjun to fall asleep in Beomgyu's arms. He felt so comfortable with this boy, so much so that he could just let himself go. Was able to relax. Yeonjun slept peacefully, like a baby. Gently, Beomgyu stroked the sleeping boy's cheek, touching the soft skin with his fingertips and watching him doze. He could only hear a few cars honking farther away, but otherwise it was quiet as a mouse in the apartment. The golden rays framed Yeonjun's body and the gentle rise and fall of his chest caused a peaceful feeling to flow through him. He had never thought it possible to feel these emotions towards Yeonjun once, but now it felt totally normal.
