*Shawn's POV*

"Hey dork!" one of the biggest idiots at this school yelled pushing me against a locker.

"Excuse you!" I yelled pushing him back.

"Heard you finally settled down"

"That's none of your business but yeah I gotta girl" I replied fixing my flannel.

"You're totally whipped you loser!" he laughed. His posse laughed along.

"At least I can get a girl you overbearing barbaric idiot!" I yelled pushing him back.

He was offended even though he didn't know what any of those words meant. They all ganged up on me throwing punches and kicks at me.

"What the hell is going on here?!" Gilinsky yelled pushing them off of me.

Cameron and Johnson helped along.

"Just teaching this girl a lesson" the bully replied.

Cameron helped me up and I headed for the bully's face. I bashed it in a couple of times.

"Shawn Peter Raul Mendes get your ass over here now!" I heard Drew yell down the hall way.

I stopped as the bully crawled away from me. I sighed shaking my fist in pain.

"What are you doing?!" she yelled slapping my shoulder.

"He was calling me a pussy I had to defend myself!"

"Shawn stop picking fights with people or your gonna get hurt!"

"But nobody calls me out, and I mean nobody"

"I am right now, if you lay another hand on another wasteful idiot like him, I'm done" she said crossing her arms.

"You don't want me to defend myself?! That's outrageous!"

"Except it Shawn! It's either me or the hospital which one do you want more?" she asked again.

I sighed and looked at the floor.

"You" I mumbled.

"What? I'm sorry but could you repeat that?" she said holding her hand to her ear.

"You!" I yelled.

"Good, now lets go" she said grabbing my arm.

The gang oohed in embarrassment as I sicced them out with a punch as Drew pulled my arm. That was so embarrassing. We sat in the car waiting for everyone to pass in the cross walk.

"Why'd you disrespect me like that?" I asked nervous.

"Disrespect? I was saving your ass!" she yelled angered.

I scoffed crossing my arms and looking out the window. Yeah, right. Everybody thinks I'm whipped now. Well I am, but I don't want anyone to know that would suck. I let out a sigh as she pulled into my driveway.

"I didn't mean to disrespect you Shawn, I just don't want you to get into trouble" she said unbuckling herself.

"Don't worry about me Drew, I'll be fine" I scoffed crossing my arms dramatically.

She cocked her eyebrow and shook her head as her hair flopped around.

"Whatever Shawn you don't have to be an asshole, but you can get out of my car" she said rudely. "And you can call me as soon as you're done with this horrible attitude"

I got out of the car, slammed the door shut, and stomped into my house. I was such a hot head when it came to fighting. I felt like I always had to win. I didn't want to be rude to Drew but sometimes she makes me so mad. She was mad too and I don't want her to be. I'll apologize when we both cool down. I decided to watch some tv and chow down on some junk food. I needed a day off from the gym, I deserved it. My sister walked down talking on her phone with her friend. She grabbed the house key and walked over to her friends from across the street. I shook my head and payed my focus back on the tv. I took a nap for about an hour and then I got really bored. Nobody wanted to hang out. Everybody was at a party and I didn't want to go party. I wasn't in the mood. I just wanted to hang. Drew would want to just hang if we weren't mad at each other. I'll just wait until tomorrow to talk to her. I sighed and went to bed. I rested my head against the soft pillows and fell fast asleep with no problems except for one; Drew was missing next to me...
