Personality:

Tatsumi can be both extroverted and introverted if he's with people he knows and doesn't know as he mainly has a cheerful personality around him and is one of the only one in the group that has common sense and has morals.

Before meeting Keenan he was quite the loser since he didn't really had that many friends and was a massive otaku that watched idols and a crap ton of anime, but after meeting Keenan and Kalakaua he started to focus on himself and massively improved since then.

He doesn't really have a grudge against Ash or Goh but did find Ash's intentions of not training his older Pokémon stupid since logically speaking he'll be a lot less predictable and can catch his opponent off guard, he's even battled Ash one time and won which proved his point of being predictable.

Just like Keenan and Kalakaua he's also very good and excels in battling as he managed to win the Johto league and is currently taking on the Johto Elite Four, his goal is the Unova league where him and his friends/brothers can see who's the strongest.

Tatsumi has an older sister named Tatsumaki Vestovia who's 20 years old and is the one who gave him the Metagross that he has now, she's also really short being at 4'11. Tatsumaki was quite protective of him when he was younger but stopped being protective as he got older, she's happy and proud to see how far he's gotten.

He's also still kinda mad that Kalakaua had sex with his sister but in all honestly he trust him with his sister and not with nobody else.
