In Mika's bedroom:

Time: 8:35pm

No One's POV:

Mika: *doing her homework sitting in her chair* 

Miles: *gets out from under her bed, jumps up quickly, and stands in front of her bed* "hey sis!"

Mika: *loudly* "AH!!" *shakes and drops pencil quickly* *looks up quickly to see Miles*

Miles: *🙂*

Mika: "MILES!"

Miles: "what?"

Mika: *...* "YOU SCARED THE MESS OUT OF ME!"

Miles: *jumps in a scared way* "AH!! oh.. yeah.. uh..  sorry sis.."

Mika: *hard but slow breathing* "it's ok.."

Miles: "well, uh,  watchu do-"

Mika and Miles: *hears a nail screech on the window* *they both look towards the window slowly and in sync*

Mika: *looks forward facing the window* "uh.. what is that noise..?" *slowly gets up from chair*

Miles: "I don't know.. it's your room.."

Mika: *annoyed* "then why are you in it??"

Miles: *sucks teeth* "ANYWAY. Let's see who made that noise."

Mika: "yeah.. I wonder who it is.."

Miles: "probably Bose or Chapa."

Mika: "yeah."

Miles: "if it's Chapa I bet she came to see me.." *😏*

Mika: *face palms and her hand slides down her face* "ughhh.. boy, she's with Bose. Plus, get a grip, she doesn't like you, she didn't like you, and she never will like you. Just get over her."

Miles: "I was never into her.." *he says while slowly putting his head down* *his head comes back up* "but I mean we would've looked cute together you know.. IF I had feelings for her and IF she had feelings for me.."

Mika: "okay.. sure.."

Miles: "come on, but let's just be for real though.. Me and Chapa, You and Bose..? Hm..? Hmmmm????" *softly hits Mika's arm twice*

Mika: *takes Miles's hand off her arm* "oh shut up Miles!! I don't want to be with a dumb behind boy that gives me stress."

Miles: "he gives you stress?"

Mika: "Yes!! It's already hard enough to be around average people, let alone plain stupid people like Bose. I honestly don't know what Chapa sees in him.."

Miles: "mm okay. But, if she likes Bose so much then why did she agree on you being in love with him??"

Mika: "That was 2 or 3 years ago."

Miles: "still.."

Mika: "And, if you didn't know, she's one of my besties. I've known her for like 4 years now. That's just how she shows her jealousy."

Miles: "oh.. WELL!! UH..  SH-SHE UH.. ahem.. she said she missed me.."

Mika: "That was a year ago, and that wasn't entirely true. Or true at all.."

Miles: "STILL..!"

Mika: "she said 'I missed you' and she was literally staring STRAIGHT at Bose."

Miles: "Bose didn't even respond."

Mika: *🙄* "ANYWA-"

Mika and Miles: *hears the nail screech again* *they both turn their heads back to the window*
