BRENT RIVERA AND ME

Chapter 2

***MIA'S POV***

Katie parked the car and got out of the car quicker than I run for food.

"Oh my gosh do you think Brent's here?"

"I don't know I don't care" I replied, walking towards the entrance.

I saw her shake her head from the corner of my eye. Will I find somebody that really doesn't see anything so special about him?

***BRENT'S POV***

I walked into my first period, AP World History. There are so many people here that know me. I love my fans, but I just want to be me here. Will I ever be a normal teenager? Sometimes I hate being "internet famous Brent".

I took a seat next to a girl. I expected her to freak out like every single other girl did. But she didn't, which caught me attention. She was stunningly beautiful. She had perfectly straight brown hair, golden tanned skin, and a shy smile. I could tell she had self esteem problems.

"Hi, I'm Brent," I said to her.

"Oh...I'm Mia," she replied, barely looking up.

It seemed like she didn't have any interest in me. Some girls came into the room and immediately ran up to me.

"HI BRENT!! I CANT BELIEVE WE HAVE THE SAME FIRST PERIOD!!" They said, jumping up and down.

***MIA'S POV***

I was sitting down in AP World History when the most popular guy came in!!!! Wow!!!! How exciting!!!! The girls here seriously need to calm down. I feel bad for him because he probably doesn't get any privacy or space.

He sat down next to me and introduced himself. Um...why did he sit next to ME?

"Hi, I'm Brent."

"Oh.." I said. "Im Mia."

He looked at me for a little longer than someone usually would when theyre meeting someone knew, but then a group of girls came in and screamed.

"BRENT!!!"

The teacher told them to sit down before Brent could say anything, but I could tell he was annoyed.

"Well it looks like you're fitting in pretty well," I said to him.

"Yeah," he said, looking at me again.

"What?" I asked him.

"What?" He said, looking like he just got interrupted from zoning out.

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

"Oh.." He blushed.

***BRENTS POV***

God, Mia is so dang beautiful.

After class, I approached her.

"Mia!" I called out.

She turned around. "Yeah?"

"Wanna go see a movie with me tonight?" I asked nervously.

"No," She said clearly.
