After a restless night, punctuated by meaningless dreams, when I woke up sleepless and tired, I was frightened by the indifference I saw in his eyes.
Lazily and slowly he raised his gaze towards me, he looked around my apartment several times keeping his eyes on the balcony and the bright day.
"I have an idea.", he said, more to himself, because I don't think he even noticed that I was awake at all, and almost he had a contemptuous smile.
But still he restrained himself and left the bed.
Yes, I had a bad dream again. But worse was the reality around me.
It was one of those dreams that you don't remember in the morning, but the shiver that shakes your whole body causes you some anxiety.
No matter how hard I tried to listen to Taehyung and stay awake last night, I couldn't. Those late hours have come very quickly and then your soul falls asleep and your eyes close by themselves.
I spent the last week with him in my apartment. We mostly cooked some new specialties, which I heard from him for the first time. Taehyung has always been full of ideas and that's what I liked most about him.
After a good meal, we would often sit back on my comfortable sofa and read books or newspapers. One day we listened a radio. Sometimes we would walk to the same stone bridge where we met recently.
Those were truly days to remember.
After a bad dream, I felt a tingle running through my body. It was as if something unnamed possessed me and made me think about some strange things.
After the incident in front of Hoseok, I didn't see him again. Nevertheless, the man often asked Taehyung about my health. I didn't see a reason for that, because something like that can happen to anyone, right?
Some questions, of course, still bothered me and they got under my skin, but he tried to explain everything to me slowly like I am a some kind of idiot.
He said that it takes time for everything to fall into place and that I should give myself a chance. He promised that all my memories would come back to me.
But I still didn't believe it, although I have no other choice.
I'm cornered because I couldn't see a ray of light, but I have to keep breathing and living like that.
Jimin should come today. So after I spend the day with him, Tae and I will go somewhere special. Tae promised it.
I couldn't help but think Taehyung was often in that mood of making ambidextrous promises.
He promised me a good sleep, but it wasn't good.
He promised me that he would never leave me, and now he left the apartment without a word.
He promised me that I would remember everything, but it didn't work out that way.
All I could do was get dressed and prepare some breakfast and then wait for Jimin.

"But why?", I asked in a slightly raised tone, because he caught me off guard. I continued muttering as I looked at my blond friend with furrowed eyebrows. "I don't understand!"
"I have to, Kookie. I am going to visit my parents in Busan. I won't be here for a while.", he continued to speak.
I heard it, but I didn't understand it. Jimin came to London literally when I arrived, and then he constantly followed me or maybe I watched too many horror movies. And now, when I'm used to his proximity and his creepy apparitions everywhere, he wanted to go home.
