Racism has existed since centuries ago even if some don't want to admit and it still exist right now, even probably in the foreseen future also but we can't be sure. While racism remains a problem around the World, it can be reduced or potentially eliminated through the effective implementation of diversity training programs in schools using Empathy.
Firstly, the people's ability to communicate with other races and understand their feelings, emotions and culture increased this passing year that sometimes we see the decreased of discrimination but that doesn't mean it's gone just mostly low-key. In other words, this proves the increased empathy of human beings through the passage of time.
On the contrary, some people are just born to be prejudice on other races specially the blacks, who are constantly bullied and discriminated on by the whites. Even though, we all try to erase such toxic people by making them feel the empathy of others but it's still not enough and we can't do anything because everyone has the freedom to have their own opinion.
In conclusion, increased empathy can help eased and decreased racism but not fully erased it completely because in order to do so means everyone in the world must all have the same goal that is to rally and say 'no' to racism. Therefore, it is only in the future generations 'hands' is where we can hope, help erased such prejudice against each other.
