You make my senses go wild
as you stop my mind.
-Red wineThe door opened again.
"Is he going to kiss me?" George found himself to think, his heart tingling and his cheeks heating up.
"I noticed it's cloudy and it might rain..." Dream began, "I assumed that you didn't feel like staying with your girlfriend after the way I found you."
George scoffed, already knowing what the sweet mind of the man in front of him was thinking."By the time you'd reach where we met earlier it might already be raining." he concluded, "if you want you can take the guest room- I'm sure Nick and Karl won't mind."
That made George laugh, a soft smile spread across his face.
"If you give me some gin I'll consider the offer." he said while entering the house, earning a chuckle from the blonde.
Dream scoffed, letting the man follow him inside the house. He watched as George made his way to the armrest of the sofa, sitting on it as he lazily threw his back on the cushions.
"I'm pretty sure that's not how you sit on a sofa." Dream said as he tapped jokingly George's knee.
"I don't care, this is also my house at this point." He said as the blond walked towards the fridge, "By the way we don't have gin but..."When he turned around, George gasped comically, with a hand on his chest as a sign of sorrow, "How could you do this to me."
Closing the fridge, Dream waved around a wine bottle, "If it makes you feel better, we just opened a nice bottle of red wine so if you want I could give you some of that."
George shrugged, sitting up to go to the cabinet where the glasses were.
"I guess I'll take some wine." escaped his lips in a cocky manner.
He took two glasses of wine, they sat down on the couch and so on, you know the drill.Though, it wasn't in Dream's plans to make George drunk, really. He just offered him some wine because George asked for alcohol, but it's not his fault if he's a lightweight and George loved to go to parties for most of his college years, more than half of the bottle being emptied by him.
They were giggling and messing around with each other, trying to be quiet as possible since Karl and Sapnap were upstairs sleeping peacefully on the bedroom above the one they were laying in.
George had his arms spread over the headboard as Dream had his head rested on top of one, caressing George's leg and tracing soothing circles on his knee.
The bottle stood almost empty, sitting on the bedside table next to the dirty wine glasses. George looked at the ceiling, a dim light lighting the room as their laughs quietened down.
Dream's hand moved for the spot he had been fiddling with, leaving a cold feeling on George's knee. He squeezed delicately the brunet's thigh, butterflies growing inside George's stomach.
"Did you really mean it when you said you loved her last time?" Dream asked quietly, memories of the night they met passing through his mind; George, as much drunk as he was, almost didn't hear him.
He sighed heavily, his breath twitching and his throat feeling rather dry from the alcohol. He thought about it multiple times, working hard to use his last working brain cells at the moment.
