"E-eda, I-i don't know h-how to say this. But-"
Raine studdered, looking down at their loosely buttoned shirt.
"Rainestorm are you ok?"
Eda asked, looking genuinely worried. She moved her hand to Raine's face, caress their cheek lightly.
"I-i-i've... joined a coven."
They said. Shutting their eyes as tears formed. They thrusted their arm out to prove their statement. Showing their girlfriend the sigel on their arm.
Eda's eyes widen from suprise.
"Well you were always bound to be a Bard."
She said, trying to comfort Raine, pulling them into her.
They fell into her as Eda wipes their tears away.
"B-but y-you know h-h-how Belos hates wild magic."
Raine whimpered.
"That m-means we, w-w-we can't..."
They couldn't finish their sentence, instead they started to breakdown in Eda's arms.
"Rainestorm I don't give a FUCK what that bastard Belos says. We are not breaking up because you are in a coven now."
Eda fumed, turning Raine to face her.
"B-but-"
Raine started to studder but Eda cut them off.
"No buts. If you don't love me anymore then that's fine. But I love you and we are NOT breaking up over some silly coven&wildmagic-witches shit."
Eda stated, looking Raine in their deep green eyes.
"Do you still love me Rainestorm?"
Eda questioned.
"O-o-of c-course I do."
Raine studdered.
"Then, Raine Whispers, will you still be my partner?"
Eda proposed, searching their eyes.
"Y-yes!"
Raine exclaimed.
They leaned in and shared a gentle kiss.
When they pulled away they both laughed and cuddled, watching the afternoon sky.
