"Please god" layla mumbled
"What it say?" Dougie stood in the bathroom with layla. "I dont know yet" layla thought she was pregnant cause her period hadn't came
"We have to wait five minutes thats what it says on the box" she read it as the test sat on the counter
Dougie was too high for it and didn't want a kid with her . He was hoping it came out negative.
Layla wanted a kid but she knew it was a big chance it wasn't dougies. Was she gone tell him ? No
They watched the test fade into a plus sign "what that mean?" Dougie asked her "im pregnant" she picked it up
"What we gone do?" He asked her "im keeping my baby Im not getting a abortion" she got offended by him asking that
"I dont want it" he told her being honest" she shrugged "Thats too bad we both made this baby" He got off the counter
"Where you going?" She asked him "to see my mama" Dougie didn't know what he was gone do.
She didn't even ask to go because dougie mom didn't even like her. He put his clothes on leaving.
He hated the situation he got himself into.
"Ma" he yelled walking into her house. "Dougie?" She was shocked hearing his voice
She knew some was wrong he never came home unless he did some bad. "Whats wrong?" She asked him turn the knob on the stove to low
He sat down on the couch "I fucked up real bad" he told her she came and sat next to him
"What is it?" She asked "I got layla pregnant but I dont want it" his mama heart literally fell to her stomach
"Come again?" She slightly got upset "yeah" she could tell her son was upset about. "Did you tell her that?" He shook his head yeah
"She dont want a abortion Im not gone force her" his mom understood "Im happy about the baby just not who its with"
He knew that already "she literally missed up my whole life" she could tell her son was high
She didn't know why dougie did that to himself but he was grown so she didn't have a say. "I gotta tell you about this girl"
She was surprised hearing him say that . Cause the way she found out about layla was crazy
She had call dougie one day and layla thought she was his side hoe and cussed his mom out.
"Whats her name?" He been thinking about maya a lot since they stop talking "maya ... she stop talking to me cause I told her about layla"
"At least your honest" honestly left him lonely "I like her its so different when I'm around her" she smiled hearing that knowing that's what he needed
"Where yall meet?" She was interested about the girl now "her job she works about Walgreens
"Wait I think I know her" his mom sat up "you do?" She nodded "her hair curly and she talks softly?" Dougie nodded
"She nice she gives me my prescription when I go there"
