After the battle, the next few years were hectic, those of us that were in school graduated, Lucius became Minister of magic bringing change to the ministry wasn't easy but it was done, Hogwarts experienced a complete change of curriculum and half of the staff, divination was done away with completely, Hagrid was given a new wand as a peace making gift from Tom, all of the death eaters either work in the school or the ministry, Defense Against the Dark Arts just became Defense while Dark Arts classes were introduced, muggleborns would be put through a mandatory wizard customs class while purebloods would be put in a mandatory Muggle studies class for their first year. Dueling, Healing, Rituals, Alchemy, Lanuages and Creature History along with guide classes for those who have creature inheritance were added to the curriculum. The sorting now takes place 1st, 4th and 6th year.

"Are you sure about this?" I asked looking at Tom and Percy, out of all of us they were more attached to Britain "Yes, I'll be happy where ever we are, besides James deserves to be with his mate" Percy said with a shrug, "I could do with a break from the castle and Britain in general, but the kids are going to Hogwarts regardless" Tom said. I smiled as I apparated to Gringotts making my way to the familiar office "Hi Old friend" I greeted griphook "Not that old" he grumbled making me chuckle. "What can I help you with Lyra?" He asked "Are there any properties in Forks, Washington or the surrounding area?" I asked "Yes, Sayre Manor, it's included as one of the slytherin properties because she is a descendant but never had children to pass the title to " Griphook said after looking through some of the papers "How many bedrooms and is it in town or forest?" I asked intrigued "25 bedrooms, It's in the forest, your closest neighbors would be the reservation 5 miles away, due to how you look, you'll unfortunately be forced to attend the local highschool " Griphook explained.

I groaned before nodding, it was the price to pay for immortality, tom and Mortem wouldn't have to go, the lucky bastards,
"That's fine" I responded at last. "Can you set up an appointment for me with the M.A.C.U.S.A, tomorrow around noon and I wish for you to remain in charge of my accounts, I'll easily be able to get here if I need to" I said handing him a two way box, the other safely secured in my bag "Of course, Lyra" griphook said, a smile appearing on his face, "I will have the goblins go over to make sure it is in perfect shape and to connect the floo to here" Griphook said. "Thank you, that will be all" I said as I stood up giving him a bow before leaving the bank and meeting up with the family and entering the mall to buy everything we want or need for the new house "I'm not going to go" Bucky said having an aversion to school "Why were we the dumb ones to choose 18 as our permanent age?" I asked looking at loki as Percy had chosen 19 and bucky chose 20, "Wanted the ability to call the rest of them old men" loki said with a shrug.

Stepping out of the floo, I looked around as I waited for the rest to come through "Let's go" Sirius said as he walked over to me. "Excuse me, we have a meeting with President Quahog, could you please direct us" I asked the lady at the feont desk, "Of course ma'am just take that elevator to the top floor" she responded. Once there and after checking in with the receptionist we were allowed entry, "It's nice to meet the hero's of Britain" Quahog said as the door closed "It's nice to meet the president" I responded. "Why America?" He asked after picking up the forms that were handed to each of us "wanted a change in senerey, we have family here as well and wanted to be closer to them. My son's mate here as well and I wanted them to meet" I said. "Do you have any intention of taking over the M.A.C.U.S.A" was his next question mainly directed at Tom "No, the way Britain was going it was going to see the end of magic for them and even weaker magic for the rest of the world, I have no wish to change any other country " Tom reassured.

"That took for bloody ever" Sirius groaned as we left the building "What did you expect, be happy we're now citizens of Britain and The U.S" I responded. Appearing in our new home, I smiled instantly feeling lighter and happier being once again surrounded by forest life "The kids are going to be here in a week, Mom wanted to spend time with them" Percy said as he entered the room, "Let's surprise billy" I stated jumping up and down in excitement "We can tomorrow, if you haven't noticed it's currently 5pm, I'd like to sleep this jet lag off" Loki responded dragging me to our room.
