𝙩𝙬𝙤 - 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙚

Today is the premiere of my upcoming movie, Avatar: The Way of Water. Bailey , my co-star, and me are getting ready in the hotel room we share. Bailey is more than just my co-star, she's my best friend, my favorite person in the world. I tell her everything about my life.

Right now, we're talking about Jack as we do our makeup. "You should confess your feelings to him, I have no doubt he feels the same way" says Bailey, putting mascara on her lashes. I sigh and answer her stupid advice. "You know damn well I can't do that, he's one of my best friends! If i actually tell him I love him and he doesn't feel the same way, it will be super awkward and our friendship will be ruined" "But he does feel the same way!!" "Yeah whatever" I reply, trying to change the conversation.

I know Jack for so long since we've been working on Avatar since we were 12. Now, we're both 18, and I don't want to throw away 6 years of friendship by confessing my love to him. Yes, I'm deeply in love with him, I gotta admit it. Since I first saw his gorgeous brown eyes. Since he first looked at him. He's such a handsome man. But he doesn't need to know that.

I put my sublime dress on and I get out of the hotel room with Bailey. My friend and I sit in the car that is supposed to take us to the premiere. The rest of the cast are on their way too, in other cars. We all arrive at the same time and paparazzis and interviewers are already harassing us with questions and photos. There's so many people that I loose Bailey's hand. I don't know what to do or where to go, I'm so anxious at the moment.

Suddenly, I feel a warm hand on my shoulder. I turn around and I meet his gaze. Jack's gaze.

"Hey y/n! I'm so happy to see you" says Jack with a smile that could light up this whole town (A/N: taylor swift reference because I love her more than I love myself 😻). I smile back, I'm just so happy to see him again. I can also feel my cheeks turn red as I realize how handsome he looks in his black suit. "Hi! I missed you a lot, it's been a while since we saw each other" he nods in agreement and we talk about the most random things until they call us for the red carpet.

I don't think my anxiety ever been so intense. Jack takes my hand and we arrive on the red carpet with the rest of the cast. I go between Bailey and Jack, the people I feel the safest with. Jack drop my hand to put it on my waist. I feel a million butterflies filling my stomach to the boy's action.

After a lot of photos and annoying questions about the movie, we go to watch the movie. We're all so excited, it's the first time we get to see it. I can't wait to observe so many years of hard work on the big screen. Everyone take a seat and I sit beside Jack and Bailey, just like on the red carpet.

The movie starts and I feel Jack's arm wrapping around my shoulder. I act like I didn't notice even though I'm literally freaking out inside. I control myself and I focus back on the screen. The movie ends and we get out of the projection room. Jack grabs my hand and leads me god-knows-where, a smile on his face.

When he finally finds a spot where we're alone, he starts to talk. " Y/n, I can't hide it anymore. (A/N: CRINGE AF💀) I'm in love with you and I want you to know it. Today, when I first saw you in that dress, my heart exploded. I mean, you're always beautiful, but right now you're particularly gorgeous. And you made me smile and laugh the whole time. I love you"

Before he could say anything else, I cut him by kissing him. His warm lips were so soft. He joins my kiss as our mouths move perfectly in sync. I slowly pull away and I look in his eyes, smiling wider than I ever did. "I'll take that as a "I love you too" Jack says. We both laugh and I look back at him.

"Why haven't you told me that before?" I ask. The boy answers, "Because back then, I had no idea you felt the same way" A confused expression grows on my face. "How the hell did you find out about my love for you?" "Humm.. don't kill her but Bailey may or may not have tell me about the fact that you have a crush on me.." I was shocked. "She did what? Omg I'm gonna kill her, I told her it was secret!" Jack laughs. "As I just told you, please don't kill her, it was kinda my fault, I asked her if you loved me and she just been honest."

Damn it. I could never be mad at Bailey anyways. Also.. I got to admit she really helped me with that one. I take Jack's hand and we head back to the crowded place. After a long time celebrating, we all go towards our car. Before I can enter in the car, Jack grab my hand and look down at me. He grabs my chin and kisses me before asking me the one thing I've been wanting since forever.

"Y/n, would you be my girlfriend?" He says, shyly. "No" I answer in a serious tone. His face drop and he starts to panick. I laugh and tell him, "Relax skxáwng, it's a joke! Of course, I would love to be miss Champion" we laugh as we say goodbye.

I get in the car with Bailey and I fall asleep on her shoulder, a smile on my face.
