Chapter 5

After being turned down for their plan Dabi told Shoto he was going to solve this himself. Shoto got worried knowing his brother's background, he ran up to Dabi to stop him and said there was another way. Their father was one of the Pro hero's looking over the mission they could just go with him. Have some “family bonding”

   They both called their father and of course he fell for it. They were in but only for half of the mission. This pleased Dabi but not Shoto, he could not bear the thought of being away from you for even 2 days. He secretly followed you everywhere. He was obsessed with you, and it was going to stay that way. Secretly he kept a journal detailing your every move he never told anyone, but he felt like Dabi was trustworthy.

Shoto: I have something to tell you

Dabi: what

   Shoto shows him the notebook and Dabi slowly looked through it and the color drained from his face when he saw pictures of you sleeping. He liked Shigaraki but this was bordering being manic. 

Dabi: you are crazy... you are insane

Shoto: I am crazy? What is crazy is this world that refuses to let us be together... You are not going to tell anyone right.

Dabi: yeah...

   They both went back to their dorms and Dabi didn’t know what to do. He wanted to be loyal to his family and brother, but he cared about Shigaraki and if he cared about you, he wasn’t going to hurt you. He was conflicted, he decided to go with the plan to an extent. He would try to get you out of the picture but also keep his brother away from you. He knew he would get the pictures in the notebook out of his head. The one sentence he thought he would never forget is “heaven hits me when I see your face, I don’t care if its dead or alive.” Next to a picture of you sleeping. He was terrified of his little brother. The same kid he cherished when he was younger.
