Izuku Midoriya was always a smart young boy who wanted to help however he can. After a lab accident fuses four mechanical tentacle-like arms to him, his dream of becoming a hero has reawakened. This is the story of Dr. Octopus.
Not all men are born equal, that was something Izuku Midoriya had to learn from a young age. Being born in a society where 80% of it has some form of power or quirk sounds amazing, but not if you're part of the 20% minority that doesn't get one. Since it was revealed that he was quirkless, he was bullied and treated like nothing by his peers. Even his former best friend Katsuki Bakugo turned on him. Despite this, he was still a brilliant young man with incredible intellect. When his mother Inko discovered Izuku was being bullied, she pulled him from Aldera and enrolled him in a new school. There he met his mentor in science, Dr. Curt Connors, a brilliant scientist who was also born quirkless, but helped create ways of helping humanity. During Izuku's time there, he developed a new powerful energy source from a mineral called tritium using fusion technology. Dr. Connors warned Izuku that despite the idea having good potential there was a flaw in his plan, but Izuku still wanted to do it. He graduated from middle school with a PhD in Nuclear Physics and began his work, but not before Connors warned him once more of the dangers in experimenting, but he was determined that it would help humanity. He managed to buy a small warehouse and converted it into a testing facility to run his experiment. We now arrive at when he's about to begin the experiment.
Izuku: Phew, I can't believe this is happening, I just hope this works.
Izuku goes over to an object covered by a tarp and pulls it off revealing a metal harness with a mechanical spine lined with pins and a microchip on the end. On the back were four mechanical tentacle-like arms with claw-like appendages on each end.

Izuku: Alright, let's begin.
Izuku takes off his shirt and goes over to the platform. He then has the harness close around his stomach which then locks into place. The mechanical spine moves into position. A blue light comes on, on the chip and the pins on his neck area push in causing Izuku to wince in pain, then the pins lining his back push in. Izuku then concentrated on one of the arms and it began to move, then it opened along with the other three which then rose up over Izuku's body.
