A tired sigh escaped from the king of negativity as he finished another paper and set it on a stack before taking another one and began reading it over. Half way threw he let out a yawn 'stars I need to break' he thought but he knew he had to get the paperwork done since he was a workaholic, a knock came from his office doors making him freeze. Letting out a small growl he called out "come in" before going back to the paper in front of him not caring who it was till he heard "Moonlight?" looking up he saw his mate Killer standing there with a cup of tea "your still in here love, you been in here since this mourning" killer scolded as he walked to the side of the desk sitting the tea down. Nightmare only grumbled and continued to work trying to ignore killer but kinda hard when your mate is standing next to you with a hard glare which didn't go by Nightmare.
"I'll leave once this paperwork is done and should you be in bed love?" Nightmare questioned, Killer hopped on the desk getting a glare from his lover but wasn't bothered "I was but you weren't there love" Killer gave his famous smirk and wink making Nightmare roll his eye light but his blush was there. "Just head to bed love I'll be there in a bit" he told killer taking the cup of tea and taking a drink, Killer gave him a really look "killer I'll be there in a minute" Nightmare said going back to the paper work "ugh fine but if your not in our bed in 20 minutes I'll drag your sexy ass myself" killer told as he hopped off and kissed his mate's cheek which brought back the teal blush. "Hehe like to see you try" Nightmare chuckled as he took another sip.
"KILLER PUT ME DOWN THIS INSTANT!!!" yelled a very annoyed King as he was on killers shoulder heading towards their room, "I told you to come to bed 20 minutes ago its been an fucking hour Nighty your going to bed and that's final" Killer said firmly. A growl came from Nightmare "I swear when I get my hands on-AHHH!" he yelped when a hand smacked his ass causing a major blush forming on his skull, "now now love I know you can't resist my sexy ass but now it's bed time and not sexy time unless that's how you want me to put you to bed faster" killer let out a sexy growl after finishing that sentence. Nightmare chocked on air 'ugh why do I love this idiot' Nightmare grumbled crossing his arms giving out a hard sigh, killer smirked when he heard his lover's sigh and let out a small laugh.
Coming up to their room Killer opened the door and stepped in and gently put Nightmare down and closed the door, Nightmare still grumbling walked over to his dresser and changed into his pj's. Killer whistled which ended a tenacle slap from his lover with a growl following it, changing into his night gear which was just his boxers but he decided to tease his little grumpy boyfriend and summoned male ecto body showing his lean body with abs which he knew that gets Nightmare going. Sure enough when Night turned he blushed big time "DAMMIT KILLER WOULD YOU STOP TEASING ME FOR THE LOVE OF STARS!!!" Killer laughed "sorry but not sorry love this is your punishment for not listening to me earlier" he said climbing into bed and covering his self with the blanket.
Rolling his eyelight Nightmare got under the blanket turning away from killer since he was annoyed with his boyfriend, Killer again smirked reaching over he pulled the grumpy octopus to his chest and snuggled into Nightmares neck letting out a deep purr. The smaller one yelped at being pulled but froze when he heard killers purr which made him more relaxed then he was and he could feel himself falling asleep 'guess I was more tired then I thought' he thought, turning in Killers arms he snuggled into his mates chest wrapping his arms and tentacles around the other letting out his own purr. Smiling at his mate Killer kissed Nightmare's skull making the smaller purr loader "goodnight my moonlight" he said softly bring him closer "mmm goodnight killer" Nightmare softly mumbled before he was out like a light 'phew finally' killer turned the lights off with his magic and joined his beloved in the dream world.
Couple days later killer was in the living room with Horror and Dust and Cross just hanging out him on his phone and the others playing on the game PlayStation, looking up from his phone Killer looked around 'hmm wounder where Nightmare at?' not as soon the thought came to mind said mate came into the living room looking a little moody 'uh oh' killer thought when he can hear his mate gave a growl. The noise caught the other's attention and got nervous thinking their in trouble, Nightmare looked over and saw his mate and headed over "uh Night what's wr-*YELP" killer yelped when was suddenly wrapped in the tentacles, Night began to leave the room and Killer looked at the others and saw them smirking at him which he flipped them the bird with his hand he poked threw the tentacles.
Entering his room Nightmare tossed Killer on the bed who gave a startled yelp, before Killer could say a word the grumpy octopus laid on top of killer wrapping his arms around him, killer blinked his 'eyes' and wrapped his arms Night bringing him closer and rubbed his back "Nighty what's wrong?" he asked thinking something was wrong. Nightmare didn't say anything at first but he said something which Killer almost didn't catch "I just wanted cuddles so shut up". Killer blinked before letting out a laugh "Night if you wanted to cuddle you could of just ask" Nightmare growled "I didn't want to in front of the others" he grumbled nuzzling into Killer's chest "Night they saw us cuddling before" "WHAT WHEN!!" the look of horror was on his face when stopped with a sudden kiss making Nightmare freeze before relaxing into the kiss. Killer pulled away "remember when you got sick?" Nightmare nodded "you fell asleep on my lap and the others came back from a mission and I made sure they wouldn't bring it up in front of you and they said they won't judge you Nighty".
Nightmare let out whine before settling against Killer, smiling killer hugged his moonlight closer to him who purred "feel better mister cuddle monster?" chuckling but yelped when a tentacle slapped him in the back of the head "keep it up asshole and I'll show you what this 'cuddle monster' will do" Nightmare growled making his mate gulp "yes sir" letting out a nervous chuckle. Nightmare smirked and laid his head down on killler's chest and not long he fell asleep with a small smile on his skull. Killer smiled down at him 'moonlight you scare me sometimes but I love ya' he kissed his Nightmare's head and pulled his phone back out and took a pick of them together, putting the pic as his wallpaper he let his mate sleep with a smile on his face knowing he's the luckiest monster who won the soul of the King of negativity.
