Sai and Devkit reached home, devkit welcomed her happily, harini came towards her running and jumped on her happily
Harini- mami (happily)
Sai- are meri goduli princess!! kaisi ho mami ki jaan? mami ko miss kiya?
Harini- bahut miss kiya mami, acha aapka baby kaisa hain, baba ne bataya aapke pet mein chotasa baby hain!! (innocently)
Sai- baby bilkul thik hain, aapke jaise ekdam fit and fine hain!! (smiling)
Harini- viru mamu kaha hain mami? woh nahi aaye mujhse milne, unhone mujhe chocolate aur toys bhi nahi bheji? (sadly)
Sai- viru mamu aapke busy hain isliye unhone mere haathon aapke liye ye saare toys aur chocolates bheje (pointing at bags which were full of toys and chocolates)
Harini- yayyy (she took her bags and and ran to her room)
Sai- jiju, aaj doctor ke saath meri appointment hain toh mein jaa rahi hun hospital!! (she picked her purse and turned to leave)
Devi- sa...sai tu tu ruk ja, tu akeli mat jaa, pulkit ko lekar jaa please!! (devi tai requested innocently as she don't want sai to loose her child again)
Sai- par tai mein chali jaungi akeli aap chinta mat kijiye (caressing her cheek)
Devi- nahi..nahi nahi tu...tu pulkit ko lekar jaa, please!!
Sai- acha thike, jaati hun lekar, jiju chaliye!!
Pulkit- haan chalo (they reached hospital, coincidently virat and patralekha were also there, virat noticed sai and was relief seeing her)
Sai- doctor lavanya!! sorry thodi der ho gayi par thodi problem ho gayi thi ghar par isliye late ho gayi mein!!
Dr.Lavanya- koi baat nahi sai, chalo check up keliye, dr.pulkit aap yahi wait kijiye (he nodded and both went inside for the check up)
After sometime, both came out, lavanya was quite tensed which was making sai and pulkit worried, lavanya asked sai to settle on chair!!
Dr.Lavanya- ek good news aur ek bad news hain!! good news ye hain ki tum twins carry kar rahi ho (sai's lips turned into a curve with tears in her eyes)
Sai- t...twins? sa...sa...sachmein? (caressing her belly)
Dr.Lavanya- haan sai!! par tumhe apna khub khayaal rakhna hoga kyunki babies ki heartbeat bahut matlab bahut kam sunayi de rahi hain which is not a good sign!! a little stress will lead to miscarriage of both babies (making sai tensed) you need to stay in good and happy surrounding, babies ki growth bhi satisfactory way mein jaisi honi chahiye vaise ho nahi rahi hain, as you're too a doctor, tumhe pata hain ki starting ke 3 months kitne critical hote hain, and you just entered 2 month of your pregnancy so you need to be more careful sai!!
Sai- babies ke growth keliye kya karna hoga doctor lavanya? (worriedly)
Dr.Lavanya- first of all stop worrying, tension lena band karo, khush raho!! phir atleast for 30 mins garden mein ya phir gharmein hi walking karo, jyaada oily food mat khaana aur travelling kartey waqt car se travelling karna, don't use auto aur bus to travel!! next don't ignore your medicines and meals, din mein atleast 8 glasses paani peena!! aur heavy cheezein mat uthana and most important satisfied and cleaned environment mein rehna!! (she suggested sai)
Sai- ji...ji mein samajh gayi (smiling lightly)
Dr.Lavanya- okay, so next check up keliye aap issi tarik aajana, as you'll be entering in 3 month that day!!! (smiling)
Pulkit- thike doctor!! (he took sai to the car and drove back to his house)
After 1 month, patralekha and sai both were 3 months pregnant, pulkit, devi tai, ninad and harini always keep sai happy while virat misses her so much, he asks ninad about her condition but he doesn't reply back to him
One day, patralekha was sitting in her room while virat was massaging her feet, suddenly her stomach started paining, blood was flowing from her uterus!!
Pakhi- ahhh virat!! (virat worriedly looked at her)
Virat- pakhi aankhein mat band karna, mein tumhe hospital le jaata hun!! (he slowly took her to car, everyone were worried except mohrishma and ninad)
Kaku- khandoba, patralekha ki raksha karna!!
Karishma- mohit shayad sai bhabhi ki baddua kaam kar rahi hain (Whispered and mohit giggled)
In hospital,
Patralekha was admitted to hospital, everyone were worried, doctor came out with sad face, everyone were hoping baby to be safe!!
Virat- kya hua doctor? pakhi aur baccha thik haina?
Ashwini- haan doctor? sab thik haina?
Doctor- sorry to say, par patient ka miscarriage ho gaya hain, aur woh kabhi maa nahi ban sakti, kabhi conceive nahi kar sakti, kyunki ye process fail ho chuki hain, prakriya nakamiyab ho gayi hain (saying this doctor left from there leaving everyone shattered)
Virat- ye kya ho gaya aai!!?
Ashwini- bappa ye kya ho gaya mere bete ke saath? humesha mera beta hi kyun jhelta hain ye sab?
Sai- kya hua mera baccha thik haina doctor sharma? (she asked entering in his cabin)
Doctor- actually doctor.joshi (he explained her everything and sai was shattered listening this news, she wiped her tears and called someone)
Sai- mujhe nahi pata, mujhe ye chavan ghar se bahaar chahiye, raaste par chahiye, kisi bhi kimat par (angrily sitting in car, she kept the phone and asked driver to drove towards chavan niwas, sadly virat and patralekha also left to house) bahut ho gaya, aaj in chavan ne mamta ke maya ko jagaya hain, aur ye mamta iss gharmein toofan layegi, ye mamta sabko raaste par bhik maagne keliye laayegi!!1 (angrily thought and called dig sir) hello sir, mujhe complaint likhwani hain!!
In chavan niwas, all were calming patralekha who was crying continuously as she lost baby as well as virat, but everyone turned as they heard a loud sound of THUDDD!!!
Sai was standing there with angry eyes, which were full of red, sai opened the door with thud making everyone scared, virat was shocked to see he little baby bump, he was not getting that she was pregnant!!
Sai- aaiye!!! (she shouted)
