As the night grew late within the North, Sara sat awake. The fire burned brightly in her chambers within Winterfell, staring deep within the flames cozied up within the fur blankets upon her. A soft knock came from her chamber doors, opening up slowly, Sara didn't take her eyes off the flames.

"Sister," Cregan voice spoke softly, walking towards Sara whom turned towards him, "I couldn't sleep, I'm sorry," her voice sleepy, standing up walking her way towards Cregan's warmth. "Why could you not sleep?" Cregan asked looking at his sisters worried beautiful face.

Sara quickly turning her eyes to his, "Because I cant stop thinking about them."

"Thinking of who?" Cregan gently placed his hands on his sisters soft cheeks, keeping her close. "The Targaryens of course, and the two princes under our roof" she stared worrisome into Cregan silver eyes that looked like the moon shining through him, "Aemond and Jacaerys?" Cregan confirmed questionably, trying to understand his little sisters worry, "Yes, Aemond and Jacaerys—!" She tapped him against the chest in irritant, "Whats wrong with you?!" He looked at Sara with what concern they possibly could have on them in their own home.

"I don't understand? What harm can they do under our roof?" He inched closer to her, looking down on Saras lovely worried face. "Every harm!" She spoke loudly, "As long as one is of the Blacks and the other the Greens, there will always be unrest, no matter where they are," she began turning away from Cregan gentle touch, looking back towards the flames crackling in the fire. "No," he spoke softly, turning Sara back towards him, "No, as long as they are under our roof, they will not bring the unrest of their war here," he confirmed to her, his breathe warm against her skin. Sara wanted to believe his words, but her head told her differently, this war felt closer to home than she had ever felt it, "But the alliances are changing all thought the kingdoms, men that knelt and swore to Rhaenyra as Visery's heir are turning their swords to the Greens," she shakes her head at Cregan ignorance, "Men are changing their mind, I believe the Greens will soon have absolute power, you know that," her voiced cracked in fear, she began to walk away from Cregan once more. "And what the men of the realm have once sworn to Rhaenyra, they can take away. And what taken away, they can give back!" Pulling her body back into herself, "And they can still make Aegon the unquestionable King, even above the rightful crowned heir!" Her eyes slowly swelling of tears, fears she has been holding in since Jace and Aemond came to Winterfell, vying for Cregan's support in the war to come. "But why would the men of the realm all begin to turn their allegiance after all these years?" Cregan tries to near his sister to comfort her, but she steps back slightly, wiping her head in agony, "I don't know, I just fear it!" She shouts.

"This is all I know about the war to come between the Targaryens. That they are our death, and we are theirs," she muttered, her eyes red of tears. Cregan reached Sara finally, wrapping his arms tightly around her, as she sunk into his embrace. Cregan kissed her gently on her forehead, as he slowly wiped her tears dripping slowly down her tender cheeks.

"As long as the Targaryens reside in the North, they will not stir up any unrest under my rule. We will do what Starks do on the ground, whilst they can do whatever they please up in the air." He whispered gently, holding her tighter, "I will not let anyone hurt you—" stroking her long raven hair slowly, "I promise you that my sweet sister."
