after leaving the arcade everything mordecai had said or did it really confused him n put him in a panic cuz he has never acted like this before. He always pulled a mordecai, freaked out in the moment, or even run away but this time he just didn't, as he got to the park mordecai ran into the house to find rigby.
"rigby! RIGBY!" yelled mordecai
"WHAT???" rigby yelled back from the living room
"stop the game, LIKE RIGHT NOW" said mordecai
"ughhh y" said rigby
"c'mon man come upstairs now" mordacai grabbed rigby by the arm n dragged him to their room
"dude what's ur problem?!" asked rigby
"i asked (y/n) on a date... n called her pretty in the process..." mordecai had a blank star of remembering everything tht happened
"U DID WHAT???, but how? ur bad at making
moves" said rigby

"no i don't dude, but listen on how it happened" said mordecai
"ok, i'm listening" rigby sat on his trampoline
"ok so she had texted me if i was free cuz her date w/ jeremy went to shit right, so we met at cheezers n i almost called her my lady cuz i told the cashier i was gonna pay for the lady's food, after tht when we went to the arcade n she was totally kicking my ass playing diggy duggy then i jokingly told her i let her win cuz she was pretty n she definitely was blushing n she called me cute then as we both left i asked how she thought of the rest of her day n she said she would never go on a bad date again n i pretty much asked if i was to take her on a real date n she said yes n she went home n here i am now telling u" mordecai stopped n just sat in silence
"woahhh dude, u really didn't mess up at all... tht doesn't ever happen for u" *PUNCH* "AHHH, STOP DOING THT" rigby starts punching mordecai's arm back but obviously nothing
"ok dude stop, but seriously idk what i was thinking" mordecai said with worry
"well man think abt it, when u "dated" margaret it look a really long time to finally ask n she said no" said rigby
"margaret n i did date tho" said mordecai
"no u didn't, u guys were seeing each other let's be real here" said rigby
"fine" said mordecai
"another thing too is tht u really n i mean really messed up w/ cj n she was the one, maybe bc ur at ur last straw u finally don't want to mess it up? not saying (y/n) is the one but i mean u finally want to do things right?" said rigby
"yea, tht could be, look ik i have really bad luck w/ chicks but ig u r right, plus u we're totally right abt how cool she was" said mordecai

"dude it's her, look" mordecai showed rigby the text
