-the fourth Sano and the twin sister of Manjiro Sano also known as Mikey the leader of the Tokyo Manji Gang . Little sister of Shinichiro Sano the President of the 1st Generation Black Dragon . Adoptive Sister of Izana Kurokawa the 8th Generation black dragon leader. Older half sister of Emma sano.

-She was the second in Command of Tokyo manji gang. She was responsible when the President is absent. She was responsible to protect or serve the president when the vice president is absent.Shes second to Mikey when it come to strength.

-Both her and Mikey are similar in many aspect (Of course they're twins duh).They both like Dorayaki and were both obsessed with it . And when I mean obsessed I mean the type where if you don't buy them a dorayaki when they see one they'll suddenly sit on the floor and pout until you gave them the thing that they want in other words they're both have a childish behavior.They both have a beautiful voice (Its canon that Mikey has a beautiful voice, hes ranked 3rd in best singer in TR). They both dumb and smart at the same time , sometimes they make a smart decision sometimes they make a dumb decision. But of course they both have differences too if mikey is always late too wake up, Mei is alway early to wake up she was always the first one to wake up among them and and was always the one to cook breakfast. She was a little bit more responsible than Mikey.
She loves listening to music and has the hobby to collect music CDs that caught her eye.She has a whole bookshelf of music Cds in her room.
-She sometimes wish to be a singer someday.

She and Izana met when shin wants to bring her and manjiro to the orphanage to meet their other older brother but Mikey cant come because he got sick. So Mikey didn't meet Izana but he knew he had another older brother because Mei told him about Izana when he recovered.

- her mother gave her that nickname
