Also, this takes place in the communist era, somewhere in the 70's to 80's
Also, I don't really ship this but eh

They're all speaking Russian btw, I'm just too lazy to use a translator. 
Also, the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic is split into two Republics under them (practically a Federative Republic), the Czech Socialist Republic and Slovak Socialist Republic.

I give both of them the flags of their communist parties, even tho I could've probably give them either the Czechoslovak flag or their flags they had but that's basically Poland and Russia so that's too boring

I'll be referring to Czech part of communist Czechoslovakia as ČSR/ЧСР or KSČ/КПЧ

3rd person POV:
A young man was walking through a long hallway with bright red and gold walls.

His flag was mainly maroon with the communist symbol along with the Czechoslovak flag. There was a writing, apparently KSČ.

His hair was red with golden locks in some places. There were also a few blue and white stripes, perhaps as a reminder of who he really was.

His coral-indigo eyes held a dull stare.
A sad expression on his face quickly disappeared and a new one, a neutral and sharp one appeared the moment a person started walking through the halls along with him.

„Ah, КПЧ! I've been searching for you just now, what luck!” The person said, for an unknown reason, very enthusiastically.

„Greetings Украинская ССР, did you need something from me?” The Czech looked at them with one raised eyebrow.

„Well, not me. The thing is, it's the СССР who has requested your presence.” They said, their enthusiastical behaviour finally toning down.
„Oh... Is he in his office?”
The Czech asked while narrowing his vision on the boy.

„Yea..” They said. The Czech nodded and left, heading towards Soviets office.

ČSR POV:
‚I wonder what could the USSR request from me.. Perhaps some paperwork? Dear non-existent god, I sure hope it's not something like last time..’

'Hm, perhaps I can get to meet the Asians yet again, I quite miss them..'

'Quit with the unnecessary overthinking.. I need to concentrate..' I quietly went to the office doors with the Hammer and Sickle, under that, there was a golden text saying 'СССР'.

I inhaled and knocked on the door. I heard a faint 'come in' so I entered. „Greetings CCCP...”
I said quietly.

„Ah, ЧСР, I'm glad Украинская ССР found you so quickly. I suppose you wonder why I called you hear, да?”

„Да.. I am indeed wondering for what reason you have requested my presence..” I said with a stern expression and a slight smile.

„ЧСР... You're quite beautiful, you know..?” ‚Huh..?’

USSR POV:
He stared at me for a bit before speaking. „Ah, CCCP.. I deeply appreciate you saying that.. I was kinda caught of guard so I apologize for not responding immediately..” He said while  keeping his formal behaviour along with a slight bow.
