The three ancients met up at the most unsuspecting spot. Sparkling's bar, which was pretty secluded enough for their meeting. Perfect, since at this time of night nobody was present. They paid Sparkling a little extra just so they could stay overtime and be served as they discussed... Hollyberry may have taken a bit too much advantage of that.

"So you're telling me that we lost our people to a fucking therapist," Dark Cacao deadpanned at Pure Vanilla, who was comfortingly rubbing Hollyberry's back. She was so wasted on berryjuice and had her head on the table, feeling terrible especially after what they discovered.

"...Yes," Pure Vanilla uncomfortably admitted, also seeming defeated at the idea, "I've done some research on my own and after a few weeks... I've traced everything back to him."

Then he noticed Hollyberry reaching for another cup of berryjuice, flinching and stopping her hand, scolding her, "Heeey, hey, hey. Now's not the time to break your berry juice record of 12 glasses, my friend. We need you sober...!"

Hollyberry only huffed in response, finally sitting up. She looked so exhausted.

"...You. Didn't I tell you not to listen in?" Dark Cacao glared at the single bartender standing nearby, having been watching them awkwardly as he wiped up the tables. Sparkling flinched upon seeing the king acknowledge him. "Well? Get to the back now won't you, boy? You've served us enough drinks and we've paid you enough money," Dark Cacao sharply ordered, causing the bartender to immediately skitter away to the back door. Their voices grew even quieter from there.

"Okay, so... here is the plan. I'll be the one to locate and disable any traps he might have planted around the building, afterwards you and Hollyberry will be sneaking in to prepare an ambush... no violence, we're taking him alive, and we should only crumble him if ABSOLUTELY necessary," Pure Vanilla instructed, "But first and foremost... we need someone to distract him."

"...But then... who's going to distract him?" Hollyberry chimed in, just as confused as Dark Cacao.

"....Ahah... I... forgot to warn you."

Then a hellish red light appeared in the middle of the bar, startling all three ancients. A portal seemed to emerge... and out of that portal, stepped out none other than Dark Enchantress herself. Dark Cacao snarled and immediately pointed his large sword at her, before the healer got up and immediately pushed it down, "Hey, no, no, no. I can explain."

The enchantress said nothing. "She is willing to help us, in exchange for revoking her life goal," Pure Vanilla stated, but of course, the other two weren't convinced.

"But Pure Vanilla-!"

"You can't trust her that easily!"

"I may not have trusted her... but she certainly trusted me first," Pure Vanilla solemnly looked at her, recalling to the two the day that she herself appeared before him, not in a disguise, just her raw, true form. But she brought no guards and she looked completely defeated. Dark Enchantress didn't even snap at the Vanillian guards yelling at her and trying to get her out, but at this, Pure Vanilla stopped them. Then they had the talk. They came upon the agreement that the people closest to them were starting to grow estranged, in Dark Enchantress's case, three of her members had gone missing entirely.

Still, even with this story, Dark Cacao and Hollyberry looked upon her in skepticism and uncertainty.

"...Is this form easier on the eyes?" Dark Enchantress responded to their horrified expressions with a cold voice, but at the same time it had a tinge of pain and sorrow. Then she took on a new form... White Lily Cookie. The three didn't know whether or not they were more soothed by the sight of their old friend... or more hurt.
