000.    first and foremost is credit. credit is the most important of these rules. you can credit me by stating so in the description of your book and (if you have it) adding my cover or graphic to your book's graphic gallery, also tag me in it. if you do not give me proper credit, you will be added to the black list, no questions asked.

001.    payment is also crucial to ordering a graphic from my shop. all you have to do is follow me permanently (i will check), add my graphic shop to a public reading list, and mention me and my graphic shop on your message board. if you do not do these three things when you order, i will not accept your order. payment must also be completed when you place your order, not when you claim it.

002.    don't shop-hop. if there is anything us graphic shop owners hate, it's when someone shop-hops. not only is it disrespectful to me but also the other designer. you can obviously request a cover for the same book in different shops but NEVER at the same time. if you shop-hop, you will be black listed.

003.    don't steal or claim my graphics as your own. this is the biggest no-no of all. sure, you're not stealing from a store but it is still considered stealing. if you do steal or claim my graphics as your own, you will be not only black listed but blocked and reported as well. you will also have to apologize. if not, the matter could take a very serious turn.

004.    you can request four graphics at once. the more you order, the longer your order will take to make. the only time i will twist this rule a little bit is if someone requests a cover theme. this doesn't mean i will make a cover for every single one of your books but a series. this can be discussed.

005.    please wait a week before ordering again.

006.    i do not have to accept your order. i can deny anything i want to. i do not have to explain myself to anyone.

007. also on the matter of acceptance, if i do not feel motivated to accept your order, i don't have to. inspiration also comes from the matter of your resources, such as good quality pictures of your preferred face claims(s). i will always go for the more detailed requests.

008.    any and all fandoms are welcome. but there are a few that i will always favor over others. these include the walking dead, the 100, the last of us (game included), outer banks, marvel, the 100, harry potter, and anything grishaverse (the books and the netflix show). most of the time, orders with those fandoms will be accepted.

009.    covers and graphic must be used for a minimum of three weeks. i will check over the course of those three weeks to see if you followed the rules. if you don't, you will be added to the black list.

010.    the password is mandatory as it shows that you've read all of the rules and understand. the password is your favorite food.

011.    please refrain from requesting influencers and tiktokers as face claims. these will not stick out to me and i will deny your request.  

012.    patience. be patient with me as i do have a life outside of wattpad.

013.    redos will only be provided if i make a mistake in your order.

014.    the book MUST be published. introductions chapters, such as a synopsis, cast, soundtrack, and graphic gallery DO count. if a cover is the last thing you need before publishing, then say so in the comments and i will make an exception.

015.    check the shop status. obviously if it's closed for catch up, i will not be accepting any orders. i will deny any order placed when the shop is closed for catch up.

016.     make sure the forms are filled out correctly if there is a (✧) beside something in a form, then it isn't necessary. but if there is no star beside it then it must be filled out on the form.

017.     claim your order within a day, if you do not because of an emergency, let me know. otherwise, you will be blacklisted.

018.    the real password is your comfort character. i will only accept orders using these password.
