It didn't take Luna long to find the address she had scrawled down on a piece of scrap paper last night, when she had asked who to see for housing arrangements. The building was two stories and had two windows on each story, one to the left and one to the right. There was a giant sign hanging from chains as it squeaked with the weight of the wooden sign when the wind began to blow soft breezes. The door was made of mahogany wood and was perfectly framed with swirls and patterns she didn't recognize.

The door opened and out came a plump looking woman who had curves and seemed to be in her late 40's.She had long black hair that she wore up in a bun, but there were stray pieces of hair hanging out in places. She had a nice smile and a natural blush to her pale cheeks, which only added to their paleness. Her eyes were a soft brown and held a loving mothers touch to them, and were outlined with crows feet and the beginnings of wrinkles. Her smile was one that came from the heart and showed she would do anything to help others, but also could be a mama bear.

" Oh there you are dearest. Are you the one named Luna? It's quite an interesting name. Luna..." there was a slight pause as she tasted the name upon her lips weighing it heavily to see if she enjoyed it or not. And the woman did for a soft smile spread across her face as in approving and continued to talk away.

"So i hear you are looking for housing arrangements? Are you new here my dear? If so i can show you all around this town there're quite a few nice houses around here, but if your looking for something smaller and less expensive I can make some accommodations to that..." she trailed on and on about the housing as she led Luna into the kitchen where a kettle of tea was brewing. By the smell Luna could tell it was jasmine dragon phoenix pearls green tea. this woman had a sense of expensive taste with her tea. It was as Luna was indulging herself in the delicate sweet smell of tea that the she had finally turned to Luna and paused her ramblings enough to tell her her name.

"I'm so sorry my dear where are my manners. I am Margery head of this fine little estate.Would you like some tea my dear its a special recipe of mine?" Luna would nod, " Yes please and is that jasmine i smell in the tea?"

"Why yes it is . I'm so glad you noticed.Would you like some sugar or honey in your tea or maybe even both? I enjoy both in my tea gives it such a sweet taste to contradict the kick to the tea." Luna smiled as Margery added both honey and sugar to both the hot steaming cups of tea handing one to her as she sat down at the table. The cups were white with a pale blue trim and golden painted handles; it was a very fine set of china. Luna took a sip of the tea swirling it around in the cup slightly before placing her lips upon the edge tilting back the cup as hot liquid touched them slowly entering her mouth. The flavor of the tea was absolute bliss the honey and sugar mixed perfectly and Margery was right it did have a nice little kick to it.

"Now lets talk about housing. What type of home are you looking for and will you be staying here for a permanent amount of time or are you just passing by."Luna delicately put the cup down and replied to Margery's questions calmly, "I am planning on staying and since i don't have much coin on me I would like to have somewhere cheaper....somewhere I can open up a shop, but be able to live in it at the same time. If you have anything along the lines of that?"

Margery sat there sipping her tea the entire time nodding her head taking account of everything it was that Luna was asking for. She remained quiet for a few moments more and began to speak in a concentrating voice, " I do believe we have one or two shops open that would meet your requests. But i fear they might not be as cheap as you wish them to be for most of our shops are near the center of the town not far away from the castle. With that being said it is more expensive to live there since it's the center of town, where most people do go. I can probably strike a deal with you though for the first few months though until you get on your feet and your shop can get some good business."
