Harry

—Shit, I'm sorry.

—Watch where you fucking go— That's what I should do. I bumped into the most handsome boy I've ever seen and I insulted him for not looking forward, a great start for me.

He didn't seem mad for talking to him that way, he smiled instead —Yes, sorry— He fixed a lock of hair that fell on his forehead and looked at me. He had ocean blue eyes, I think they are the most beautiful eyes I've seen. It seems like I kept staring at him for a little while because he had to shake his hand straight in my face to make me react. —Are you ok?—

—Uh, yes, sorry— I laughed. I always have to mess everything up.

—Don't worry, you looked like you saw something from heaven— Well I've seen an angel, I don't know if that counts.

—I mean you're handsome— What the fuck was that. —No, I mean, you are, but not in that way, you know, or maybe yes, why don't I better shut up?

—Don't, you're funny trying to talk.— He crosses his arms on his chest. I'd like to say I didn't blush but I don't want to lie.

I open my mouth to say something, bot no words came out so I closed my mouth again. Instead, I grab my bag from the floor and take a deep breath. —I have to go—

—We'll see each other again if fate wants so— He smiled and walked away, and I hope that fate has heard him and it makes us meet again. I walk the other direction and I can't help smiling when I turn around and I see that he's looking at me too. We smile to each other and I can feel the red running up to my cheeks, harder this time... I really hope I see him again.

I can't even focus on the song that is playing on my earphones, I can only think about that boy, and now I realize that I don't even know his name and he's going to be known as the blue eyed boy I bumped into until I get to see him again if that ever happens. I don't believe in god, but I'm going to pray every night until I see him for a second time. And I hope I see him again after that. I'm only getting my hopes up, I don't even know if he lives here, although I'm hopeful, the town is small and he can't move to many places. Maybe I'm being dumb, but I really have had a crush and I need to confirm that it is a good one.

The first thing I do when I get home is running towards my sister's room and open the door without even knocking, I wish I did.

—Harry what the fuck?— She covers herself with a shirt. I swear I'm knocking every door after this because seeing my sister naked is not a good story to tell. I've seen her naked before, but when I was like, three years old? That was the first and now i wish it was the last time I did.

—I have to tell you something.

—Oh yeah, chill, no reason to say sorry.

—It's important, really. If it wasn't I would have already ran away.

—Wait outside until I get dressed and you'll tell me.

—Five minutes. I'll go in after that and I don't care if you're not dressed.

I wait impatiently looking at my nails, I should paint them again. Why is she taking so long? After three long minutes she opens the door and nods her head for me to come in. I run to her bed and she closes the door. She sits next to me and I hold her hands tight but just for some seconds while I try to find the words to speak, because I get up and start to walk around her room desperatedly pulling my own hair while I say how beautiful that boy was.

—You saw him just once and you probably won't see him again but you fell in love at first sight, am I wrong?— Ok that was rude but true perhaps.

—I have faith, I'll see him again.— Gemma opens her mouth but I speak before she does. —I know what you're going to say, don't do it.
