𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟒: its ok

When we finally got to the deli we all broke apart and I grabbed a bottle of sprite and some jolly ranchers.

I was walking to the chip isle to get some hot fries when I noticed ethan. "Ma heart why you always got some jolly ranchers" he laughed.

A smile lit across my face. He just called me mh, I finally got friends. "Ion know" I cheesed

We paid for our stuff and left.

We walked back into the room and found a seat on the couch (in the same room). After only about 10 minutes I got a message from my mom

Mom- kyara

Me- yes momma?

Mom- u gonna have to stay at your friends house or somewhere for another day I don't really care I just need some quiet in the house.

Me- ok

My face dropped, I fr wish my mom treated me better.

My whole night was ruined I just couldn't stop thinking bout my momma. I wanted to cry so bad but I couldn't in front of everybody.

I just tried to lay down so time could pass.

t was like 3 in da damn mornin and I was the only one up, crying in my pillow as quiet as I could.

All of a sudden I saw a bright light shining in my direction.

I saw david squinting his eyes shining the front of his phone at me.

I turned my head hella fast hoping he ain't see me

"Kyara is you crying?" i asked tryna see. "No" she said, ha voice sounded shaky.

I walked up and stood over her . I was bout to ask what's wrong but I realized that's a lil too nice.

"Wtf you crying for".

She smacked her lips and dove ha head back into the pillow.

I wanted that girl so bad but I always tried to be mean so she aint pick up no
hints.

"Alr alr mb bro what's wrong?" I questioned ha. She turned her head "David you gone laugh in my face ".

"Why she always calling me by ma gov" I thought but jus ignored since she was crying.

"Jus tell me" I told her as I sat down next to her. "You promise?" "U huh" I said.

She explained da whole situation with ha mom and I honestly felt bad.

Outta now where she called my name, "Dd", I looked up. "Can I hug u" she said quickly.

I frowned tyrna process what she said. "Why you want me to hug you?" "Not like that, I jus need somebody rn" she said as her eyes started to dry up.

Before i could even reply she grabbed on to my neck while her face was burrowed into ma shoulder.

I ain't say nothing cuz truthfully Ian wanna let ha go.

We was hugging for like 2 mins and she was all up on me. I rubbed her back as she started drifting ta sleep.

Before she could ,I laid us down while our hands where still wrapped around eachotha. We eventually fell asleep without saying a word.
