Jaune And His Seven Demon Princes

Velvet Part One

This is one of the people who will help the princes with their revenge. Ruby will also be included...eventually. 

Velvet was sitting on a bench while thinking about the events that have been happening around her. Three people that she despised greatly were punished for crimes that most (excluding herself) would find surprising. Those people were traitors who instantly turned their backs against their friend, Jaune.

Jaune. He was one of the only people who understood what it was like to get bullied by that racist. He was one of her friends and when his transcripts were revealed...she tried to help out by tending his wounds while wondering why the students were being so cruel. She knew that Ruby wanted to help too, but since her teammates were keeping a close eye on her which limited her interactions with her best friend.

"Thinking about something miss?" A voice said. Velvet looked up and saw a man standing in front of her. Velvet was flustered for a moment, but after a couple of seconds slowly calmed down. He could listen to her problems and not judge her for her honest thoughts about it all. So eventually, she started to share some thoughts with him.

"Yes. I was thinking about some people from my school and...one of my friends." Velvet said.

"One of your friends?" The man asked.

"Yes. You see, my friend was being bullied by almost the entire student body for using fake transcripts. It was so bad and I could only do so much. He also had another friend, but her teammates basically kept her away from him." Velvet explained.

"I see, Jaune must have been thankful for having a friend like you." The man said shocking Velvet.

"How did you...." Velvet began to say before the man started to speak again.

"Allow me to intoduce myself...I'm Envy. One of Jaune's special friends that he lives with." Envy said. Velvet wanted to know more about the meaning of him being Jaune's special friends, but decided not to. He could give her answers on the state of her friend. 

"How is he?" Velvet asked.

"He's doing better, but I fear that his condition might worsen if something isn't done about his main bullies." Envy said.

"I figured as much. When the headmaster told us that he punished them, I knew that they wouldn't change." Velvet said with some resentment in her voice.

"You didn't think that they changed?" Envy asked with some surprise.

"Of course not. Bullies don't change that easily and besides...the punishments at my school are so lackluster. I mean....I get that you want them to reflect on their actions, but just giving them detention and an essay won't do anything." Velvet said.

"Hm...you're frustrated that the school hasn't done anything to help change things." Envy mused.

"Of course. They are still walking around campus....talking with each other, comforting each other and lying to everyone. I wish that there was something I can do to show that their actions against Jaune have consequences." Velvet said.

"I see. Maybe we can be of assistance to your problems if you're willing to do some less than legal things." Envy said.

"Less than legal?" Velvet asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Think about it. If they keep acting the way that they are....they will continue to bully and harass Jaune. Eventually their activities could go too far and one day..." Envy said with a pause near the end. Velvet didn't need to be told what could happen if something wasn't done. Before she could make her decision...she could see someone approaching from the opposite direction. Her friend....
