How vivid are their wrinkles to your eyes...
their words to your ears,
their foreheads to your smell,
their cheeks to your lips,
and their skin to your touch?
How vivid is your memory of
the two who raised you?
Memories only reveal the glimpses,
and the things of the past.
But the present gives you the time,
to feel the real...
Now they are before us
what have we done thus far
with the time given?
