Yet he didn't want Roman to have the two. So he trapped Roman and Amon with the help. And without Roman The Blackhands fell. And that left The investigators. . .

As for Bullet. . . Branch got to Bullet before Bullet made that wish. As he convinced Bullet to join him. As well as convinced their other teammate to join.
