Uncovering Truths[Rewritten]

This chapter is going to be a little different as this story's MAIN story is split into two.
Let me explain.
One, whenever Freddy and Y/N are separated, a story will be  going on in both of their lives. As they are separated, we will get different perspectives of their lives during these moments.
Some will be new chapters without the [Rewritten] in the title as they are completely brand new chapters that progress the story in a new perspective that I didn't think of before.

But keep noted that the old story line is no longer being worked on and that this new rewritten is the new storyline.

This takes place right after Y/N left the pizzeria and before the last chapter.

Y/N's Pov:

I was driving back home and as I arrived at the parking lot, I remembered that I need to go to the store to buy soap since I had ran out of it yesterday.
"Uuuuuuugh!" I groaned before switched my car's gear off parking.

I drove down to the corner store that opens up at 6:30 because it's the one where I usually get my soap from. I parked my car and I felt my whole body feeling sluggish. As I walked in, I weakly smiled towards the owner who was at the cashier.

I walked over to the aisle where the soap is and grabbed some shampoo in the meanwhile because I don't want to come here in 3 days to get that.

This corner store has many sections to it. It's basically a supermarket. I walked over to the sections that keeps all the beverages. I noticed a f/d was on the shelf so I decided to take one. I felt like I was forgetting something....

I walked up to the counter to pay and I reached inside my pockets to take out some cash.
"Ok, your total will be $22.46,"

Shit! I only have 20$ on me!
"Uhhh, sorry I only have a twenty-"
"Nah, I can pay" a voice from behind said.

I turned around and I saw that Jason was also in the store. He gave the cashier 3 dollars combined with my 20 to complete my purchase. I ended up waiting for Jason to pay for his stuff as well before we left the store together.

"Thanks Jason for helping me pay back there. I'll give you the money when I get my first paycheck, alright?" I said while smiling at him.

He only smiled back as he took his phone out and began scrolling through it. I've never seen Jason ever go to the store this early in the morning since I always come here during the mornings by myself.
"So, why are you at the store during this time?" I asked him as he shut off his phone and put it back into his pocket.

"Oh! Well I come here all the time around 8 right before it closes, but as you see, we kinda got distracted at your place." He said before nudging my elbow. I chuckled and looked towards the sun. It was a bright orange pink with orange.

I noticed that I've never really stayed awake long enough or early enough to see the sunrise. It looked really beautiful.
As we reached the parking lot, I offered to take Jason home as he helped me pay for some of my stuff. As we both got in, I noticed that he looked really tired. He seemed more relaxed than before.

Jason's Pov:

As we got into Y/N's car, I noticed that the car smelled like him...
It was weird how creepy that sounds, but the smell is comforting.
