Hannah's POV

So after Callie went home, I decided to take a long shower to rid myself again of nasty things like candy chunks and grass after we rolled out in the lawn to watch the meteor shower.

But I couldn't help but think about Brandon.

His blondish-brownish hair flipped to the side...

I'm going nuts.

School starts in 3 days and I still haven't been shopping but I get to go shopping with Callie at 3. But first I have to get my hair cut and dyed and then my nails done.

I'm thinking this time I'm going to get ombré mermaid style. Then have it curled.

I blow dry my hair and add moisturizer to it and then I add my favorite cat-eye liner and just a bit of mascara. I put on a pair of white short shorts and a grey crop top with a Taylor Swift album cover on it.

"Hannah! Come and eat some breakfast before you get pampered" my cook, Tiffany screams from the kitchen.

"Okay, I just need to get some socks!" I reply as I pick out a random pair of socks from my mahogany dresser.

"Your parents will be back in time for dinner today but they will be going to Florida tomorrow for a business trip and will be back after school starts" Finley says to me as I open the great white doors to my room.

"Oh..." I say as I think about how my mom won't be there when I go to school or when I come back. I send a text to Callie saying that I will be ready to go and get our hair done in 30 minutes.

She replies quickly that she will be ready soon too.

I slide down the stair rails and skip to the magnificent kitchen and take a seat at the bar stools.

"Eat up" Tiffany says as she rolls the bowl over to me.

I eat the oatmeal slowly as I think about what school would be like. And if there where any mean/snobby/popular girls. I know it's something stupid to worry about, but I just don't want someone to ruin my 10th grade year.

I finish up the oatmeal and slide back the bowl to Tiffany to wash up and I get my socks and my favorite black high-top converse and grab my keys for my Mclaren P1.

I actually asked for a Toyota Camry but instead I got a million dollar car.

Thanks dad.

I drove over to Callie's and picked her up.

"Hey Hannah! Thanks for inviting me along for the day!" She squeals as I shut the door to the car with the press of a button.

"No prob, Callie" I simply reply as I zoom off and exit the small gated community.

"So where first?" Callie asks as she pulls out her phone to look up directions.

"The hair salon, I made appointments for the both of us by the head hair stylist" I quickly say, not wanting to remember the name of the salon, or the hair stylist.

After 30 minutes of detouring, doing u-turns, and asking for directions, we pull up to Chop-Chop Salon, which had the best reviews in Los Angeles. We both hop out and unlock car and secure the keys in my left pocket, left is best.

"FINALY! I really did not enjoy that" Callie groans and stretches her legs and arms after sitting for a while.

"I know right?" I exasperatedly reply while I yank the door open.

A small ball tingles and we both walk in.

We are greeted by the smell of hair products and the sound of clipping, the squishing of dye bottles, and people just chatting.
