Chapter 4

6 months, 47 D-Ranks, 32 C-Ranks and 25 training days later...

"Old man," asked Naruto. Yesterday his team had escorted a family the the Land of Tea, today they had to babysit the Daimyo's kid,"Can we please go on another C-Ranked Mission? We're literally your most powerful Genin team so it wouldn't be fair for us to do chores like the others."

Sasuke was frowning due to the memories of various D-Ranks. A cat shouldn't be that good at Genjutsu damn it. Even Hinata wasn't happy about the recent development. Everyone on Team 7 wanted to go on missions.

"BAKA!" shouted Iruka-Sensei, "That's no way to address Lord Hokage and you guys are a fresh Genin Team, of course you have to do D-Ranks! Your lucky to even do C-Ranks. Just because your the Senju heir, Sasuke's the Uchiha heir and Hinata's the Hyuga heir, doesn't mean you can have special treatment."

"Iruka, don't worry, that is how Naruto has always addressed me and please don't raise your voice in here, it gives me a headache. Besides Naruto is correct, the only team in Konoha that can maybe rival them in terms of strength is Team 9 led under Maito Gai. Anyways Kakashi do you think that they are ready for another C-Rank and less D-Ranks

"I do," said Kakashi truthfully, since the bells test, he had decided he would be serious so he would come to training sessions on time and would teach the Genin useful skills like teamwork, tree climbing, and water walking. His team was very in sync and were probably strong enough to do a B-Ranked mission at the moment.

"Very well, your mission is to protect your client, Tazuna on his way back to the Land of the Waves. Send him in." The last part was directed to one of his personal ANBU, the ANBU nodded and brought in a plump drunkard, he was about 5'7, had brown skin and grey hair. He was wearing a black tunic that didn't do a great job of hiding his stomach, and was holding a beer bottle.

"So these are the brats that are gonna look after me, dumb blonde, emo boy, clueless girl and old man." slurred the drunkard.

Kakashi seethed, he was nineteen, just because his hair was silver didn't mean he was old, however he wasn't shocked when he saw two kunai's resting on the man's neck and the two holding them were Naruto and Sasuke.

"Naruto, Sasuke, please don't kill our client before the mission even starts. I'm not sure we even have insurance." said Kakashi with a sickly sweet eye smile.

Sasuke huffed, then returned back to his place. He was that fast, that no one could even see him move, except for Hiruzen and Kakashi of course.

Naruto stayed where he was and whispered something into the man's ear. The drunk began to sweat profusely and then Naruto walked away with a foxy grin on his face. Kakashi just shook his head, Naruto was powerful, but he was sometimes immature.

"Guys, meet by the village gates is 10 minutes. Tazuna, you know where that is? I'll see you there soon," said Kakashi, then he disappeared in a swirl of leaves.

Sasuke smirked then blurred away.

"Always having to flex that he's faster than me," muttered Naruto, then he disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Hinata being the normal one, just walked away after bowing respectfully to her old sensei and the Hokage.

After Tazuna's leave, Iruka turned to face the Hokage.

"Look sir, I know that Team 7 is strong but are you sure they are ready for more C-Ranks, I mean-"

"Iruka, Naruto was trained for his whole life by my student Jiraiya, Naruto is ready. Sasuke was trained by Itachi, the same guy strong enough to wipe out one of the founding clans and Hinata is the Hyuga clan heiress which means she is also quite strong. I have entrusted these students to Kakashi an S-Ranked Ninja. No offense, these aren't your students anymore."
