He kees laughing ...
Batman began fighting and was winning the fight blow after blow. He sat there and took the hits then started dodging and kicked him away from him leaning off the walls..he jumped down at him .
"In harmless I thought you believe in non violence ."

Batman was taken aback by the Night Panther's words. Could it be true? Did he know the villain's true identity? He regarded the shadowy figure before him, his mind racing with countless possibilities. But before he could respond, the Night Panther continued. "You know who I am, Batman," he said. "You know who I've always been. And you know what I'm capable of."

Batman felt his heart sink as he realized the truth behind the Night Panther's words. He had a suspicion for some time, but had never been able to confirm it. Until now. "Huey," he said, his voice shaking. "It's you. You've become
the Night Panther Who Laughs!!!!."
Ding ding ding you won yourself a cookie

Huey Freeman - his former ally and friend - had been consumed by the Joker's toxin, transforming him into a monster unlike anything Gotham had ever seen.

Batman knew that his chance to save Huey had passed, and that all he could do now was to try and stop him before he caused any more damage.

He steeled himself, ready to do whatever it took to bring the Night Panther Who Laughs to justice - even if it meant taking down his former friend.

Batman took a deep breath, trying to calm himself as he heard the Night Panther's words. He knew that he had done everything in his power to help Huey - to mentor and guide him, to teach him about justice and the importance of protecting the innocent.
But somewhere along the way, something had gone terribly wrong.

The Joker's toxin had taken hold, transforming Huey into a monster unlike anything Batman had ever seen.

Batman knew that he still had a chance to stop him, to right the wrongs that had been done. But he also knew that it would not be easy.

He met the Night Panther's gaze, his eyes hard and cold. "There's always injustice, Huey," he said. "There's always something that needs to be done. But what you're doing - this isn't justice. This isn't protecting the innocent or righting wrongs. This is madness. This is revenge."

The Night Panther Who Laughs only laughed in response. "Revenge?" he said. "You think this is about revenge? No, Batman. This is about power. This is about taking what's rightfully mine - what's rightfully ours."

Batman knew then that he was dealing with someone truly unhinged - someone who had lost all sense of reason and morality. But he also knew that he couldn't give up. Not yet. "Huey," he said, his voice steady. "It's not too late. We can stop this. I can help you. We can find a cure - we can make this right."

The Night Panther only laughed again, his laughter echoing through the empty room. "It's far too late for that, Batman," he said. "I am the Night Panther And you...you're too late to save me."

Huey, I know that you're struggling with the Joker's influence," he said. "But I also know that you're still in there somewhere.

You can fight this. You can choose to do the right thing." Batman encourage

The Night Panther regarded Batman with a mix of anger and confusion. "The right thing? What do you know about the right thing?" he spat. "You, who have kept the city locked in an endless cycle of crime and poverty. You, who have failed to save the innocent time and time again. Do not lecture me about the right thing, Batman. You are not my judge."

gleaming with a dangerous light. "But this is so much fun," he snarled, "the chaos, the madness, it's all so exhilarating

. "We'll find a way to help you," he said gently, "to remove the toxin and return you to the person you were before."

It doesn't have to be this way," he said firmly, "we can find a way to help you." Night Panther who laughs laughed mockingly, his purple-suited body shaking with mad glee. "Help me?" he said, "It's too late for that.

I've embraced the madness, and it's made me stronger than ever before." Batman knew he had to find a way to break through the madman's defense and find some small shred of the boy he had once known.
He gave him a uppercut combo and begged him to come back to his senses .
He fought back but was countered by him he then tried to claw him but Batman uses his armored arms to cancel it out .
Batman picked him up and toss him 11 feet away .

suddenly stopped laughing. A single tear rolled down his cheek, and for a moment, it seemed as if he was about to break down. But just as quickly as it had appeared, the moment passed and he was once again consumed by madness. Batman saw the tear, and for a moment, he felt a glimmer of hope. Maybe there was still a chance to reach the boy he had once known, maybe there was still a chance to help him. But it was going to take all of Batman's strength and determination to break through the madness and find Huey Freeman buried deep inside Night Panther's mind.
He walked closer and put his arm around his shoulder.

Huey :help me I can't keep..it together...
Hey Batman.*caugh*
Ye--
With a heavy heart, Huey Freeman whispered "Goodbye Bruce" to Batman before unleashing a sudden and unexpected attack. Batman was caught off guard and unprepared for the sudden onslaught, as Huey's hidden blade pierced his chest.

In his last moments, Batman struggled to comprehend what had just occurred, his body falling limp in Huey's arms. Huey looked down at Batman with a mixture of horror and regret, realizing too late that he had killed his former mentor and friend. The realization of what he had done hit him like a ton of bricks, and he knew that nothing would ever be the same again.

As the paralysis took hold of Batman, he could hear Huey Freeman chuckling in the background. It was a sound that filled him with dread, knowing that Night Panther who laughs had taken over once again. The toxin had consumed Huey's mind completely, and he was a puppet to the madness that now controlled him. Batman struggled to speak, his voice weak. "Why are you doing this?" he asked. Night Panther who laughs grinned wickedly, his eyes gleaming with madness. "It's all part of the plan, Batsy," he said, his voice low and dangerous. "I was meant to take you down, to erase you from the equation. Now, Gotham City is mine for the taking." Batman knew that it was over, that his time had come to an end. He could only hope that someone would be able to stop Night Panther before he destroyed everything that Batman had worked so hard to protect.

As Batman continued to bleed out, Night Panther who laughs stood over him, his eyes full of sadistic pleasure. "Your sidekicks had it easy," he taunted, "it was instant. But you, dear Batman, you're going to have the best death of all."

I saved the best for last for you

menacing. "Yes, I bring chaos," it said, its eyes glowing in the darkness. "And agony, and destruction. It is the only way to break the old order, to bring about something new and better." The Panther's claws flashed in the dim light, as if eager for fresh blood. "You may not understand my methods, Bruce," it continued, "but someday, you will see that they were necessary. Necessary to tear down the walls that keep us all in bondage, to free us from the tyranny of the old order.

Do you know what I heard about Nightwing, Bats?" it said. "He tried to catch a fog yesterday... but he mist." The Panther laughed again, relishing in its own terrible sense of humor.
