Chapter 2. "The New Faces Of The Abby Lee Dance Company"

Maddy's POV

Today is the big day of the competition too see which dance team is the new faces of the Abby Lee Dance Company.

"I'm sooo nervous!" I say looking at Brooke and Chloe.

"I am too. But, we just need to calm down." Chloe says.

We all walk into our dressing room at the competition and get ready.

"Okay. Mackenzie. Ur solo is first. DO NOT MESS THIS UP! You can do this. After Mackenzie, Is Nia then Chloe, Then Paige, Then Maddy and then Brooke. After that, We have solo awards and then the group dance." Miss Abby says.

"Let's go! Good luck Mackenzie." And with that, We all walk backstage with Mackenzie as the moms and Abby walk into the Audience to watch us.

Mackenzies POV

I'm soooo nervous right now! But, If I just believe that I can do it, I will win!

I walk on stage when then call my name and start my dance.

2 minutes later, I finish my dance and walk off stage smiling at the judges.

Maddie's POV

After all the girls have gone except for Brooke, It was my turn.

I walked on stage and began to dance to my solo "cry"

2 Mintues later, I walk over stage smiling at the judges. Everyone hugged me.

"You did great Maddy! You're so going to win!"Chloe says hugging me.

"Your next brooke! Good Luck." I say hugging her and she walks on stage.

Then, she comes back to us 2 mintues later. We all smile.

"Good Job Brooke! Let's go get ready for awards!" I say walking on stage with them for awards.

"ALRIGHT ALRIGHT! Let's get these Solo awards started! In tenth place is.....Emma. With cry my a river. Congraduations!" The announcer says.

"Alright. Fifth place goes to...Nia. With Liquifah!" We smile as Nia accepts her award.

"Fourth place goes to act number 434... MacKenzie with my boyfriends back!" Mackenzie walks up and stands beside Nia.

"Thrid place goes to.... Chloe with Oh My. He's a stealer." Chloe walks up and stands beside Mackenzie.

Brooke and I are the only ones who haven't been called and I'm hoping we will be.

"Second place goes to... Maddie. With Cry." I smile and stand up. I walk over and stand by Chloe.

"And... Your First Place Act goes too..... Number 567... Amy with Shake it up! Congradulations Girls!"

Brooke sighs and looks at us as we come back and sit with her.

"It's okay. We'll get them next time brooke! Come on. Let's go do that group routine!" She smiles and we go to get ready. We walk out on stage and perform Our group dance "Hurt Them First"

We drag our jail bars with us on stage and start our dance. We run off stage once we finish and smile at each other.

"Okay. We just need to win the Group dance and We're sure to be on the Abby Lee Dance Company Team!" I say.

============15 minutes later after group awards=========

We run inside and hug our moms.

"Congradulations guys! First place! I'm sooo proud of you!" Miss Abby says.

"Does that mean--" Miss Abby cuts Chloe off with a smile.

"YOU GIRLS ARE THE OFFICAL ABBY LEE DANCE COMPANY TEAM DANCERS!" She says excited and hugs all of us.

"We will meet back in the Studio on Monday Mornin'. Bye girls" She says and then walks out.

"OMG! Guys! We did it! We made the team! YAY!" I say smiling. Everyone's smiling but Brooke.

"Awww. Brooke.. It's okay"

"I feel like I let you guys down..."

"You didn't! You tried your best!"

"Yeah. You're right..I did! Thanks Mads." We smile and get everyone into a group hug.

I know this is going to be a GREAT dance season!
