It's been several days since their last interaction. Not a single day passes where Moreya doesn't wonder what Jade is up to, or misses his voice. But right now, she has a lot of work to catch up on. A mountain of assignments barged in on her first week and were due very soon. One assignment in particular that Moreya seemed to struggle with hailed from the subject which would never cease to perplex her - history. She was in a new world afterall, and had a whole lifairy-load of history to catch up on. But the real problem for her was mixing up the two world's histories. Moreya sighed as she put down her textbook. She needed a break.

And just in luck, somebody knocked at the door.

"Bluebellbot, show me who it is." She commanded. Bluebellbot responded with an affirmative beep and began displaying the front door's camera to her. Standing outside was Jade Leech, holding what seemed to be bags full of dirt and moss. Behind him was a wagon with glass terrariums.

Moreya did a quick check in the mirror. Makeup? Spelltacular. Hair? Hexcellent. Clothes? ...Eh they needed to be ironed.

Jade knocked again and walked back. He could have sworn he heard her inside the room.

"Coming!" She called out from the other side. Jade chuckled to himself.

Moreya swung the door open with a little too much enthusiasm. Her crush came to see her. Even if it was for their club activities, it still made her heart pound.

"I have all the materials prepared for setting up the terrariums. I thought that since we're the only members, we could work on it...together?" He suggested coyly.

"Of course! Come on in, I just finished setting up my room! My mom sent me all of my old dorm's furniture and it took forever-after to set it up!" She grabbed him by the arm and dragged him in.

Jade observed the room. It was completely redecorated, something the majority of the other students in his form couldn't be bothered with. Fairy lights wrapped with fake seaweed were stringed across the ceiling. The original wallpaper was swapped with a dark teal one that complicated the mostly white and blue furniture. Marble pillars with engravings of sea creatures were also set up to give the illusion of grandeur.

"Is that why you didn't want me to see your room the last time I stopped by?" He said with a smirk.

"You caught me," She admitted bashfully. "So, what's first? Will I get to grow the mushrooms I picked?"

What was first was an excruciating in depth lesson on each component of a terrarium. Clay pebbles retain moisture, activated charcoal prevents the growth of mould, the moss assists in the absorption of moisture...and so forth. Moreya jotted down every minute detail that came out of Jade's mouth as he went on about proper care.

"...Lastly, I have some special isopods that will take care of all of the terrarium's maintenance. Don't ask where I got them..." He winked.

"Jade's so mysterious and knowledgeable. Seeing a new side of him when he went on about the terrarium was just...hexciting! I'm never going to forget this moment." Moreya gushed internally. She involuntarily giggled at the end. Jade raised an eyebrow in curiosity.

"Something the matter?"

"I'm hexcited to set up my first terrarium!," She quickly explained - it was the half truth. "My mind is already bursting with ideas!"

Moreya and Jade got to work right away. Jade went straight to work, while Moreya fussed over which terrarium to use. She fussed again over the amount of pebbles. And then the placement of the logs.

Jade let out a deep breath, putting the last piece in place in his second terrarium. His eyes flickered upwards. Moreya was still deciding which log would go best with the spherical enclosure.
