After defeating the mother spider, Nezuko returned to Tanjiro, Muichiro, and Inosuke with her brother bandaging their friend.

He then winces in pain.
Tanjiro: Oh sorry!
Nezuko: Seems like you guys are having a good time.
The three turn around to see Nezuko.
Nezuko: There's a twelve Kizuki on this mountain.
Soon they heard lightning from the other side of the mountain.
Tanjiro: Was that lighting?!
Nezuko: But I don't see any clouds unless... It's Zenko! Did she kill the Kizuki?
Just then another spider demon appeared. It took the appearance of a girl that looked their age.

The four rushed towards her until Inosuke sensed something coming their way.
Inosuke: Nezuko, Muichiro wait!!
Spider daughter: Father.
The four were ambushed by another spider demon that was three times their size and had tarentula legs growing on its back.
