Part Two

~.~ Cole ~.~

Cole thought to himself as he sat on a park bench. I love my sister, and I want he to be happy. So I'm doing the right thing. He thought silently. Cole opened the hiker backpack the sat on his lap and pulled out a computer. A stolen one from The Light. Very high tech. He typed into the search bar.

Missing girl Julie Greene

Many sites were listed. But one interested Cole the most:

The young woman, Julie Greene, has been spotted. Seen fleeing from a scene where The Justice League and Young Justice battled The Light and new members the press has yet to know. If this girl is scene please call.

A number and address were also given. Luckily the news department was only the state over. A few bus rides and walking and Cole will be there in four days. After gathering his things, Cole bought himself a bus ticket and waited for what would happen next.

~.~ Rose ~.~

"Mission Alert." Batman's voice was heard bouncing off the walls. I changed into my new suit and joined the others.

"Nice new suit." Artemis whispered closely.

"Thanks." I returned to listening to Batman on the screen.

"A robbery in Happy Harbor News." He said blankly. "There are twelve hostages and one man, Cole Mogdragon." I clenched my fists.

"Mogdragon is looking for information and money. Alpha Squad; Cold Flame, Artemis and Kid Flash led by NightWing will approach the building and take down and arrest Mogdragon. Beta Squad; Blue Beetle, Super Boy, and Miss. Martian led by Aqua Lad will be assisting in helping the hostages. And Gamma Squad will be Wonder Girl and Robin led by Bat Girl. Alpha takes BioShip, Beta on Sphere and Gamma on motorbikes. Move out." The screen clicked out.

Ever one moved to their stations and places. Artemis sat in the driver's seat and myself and the others filled in the other seats.

"You okay?" Kid Flash asked. "With, you know."

"Yeah. I'm here to do my job." I replied. And take down my brother.

"Just, be carful." He said and turned to face NightWing. They talked as we flew and NightWing gave out the plan. I was to land on the roof while the others approach from the other doors. We over come Cole and save the hostages. Simple enough.

~.~ Tom ~.~

The streets were crowded and blocked off. Something was happening in one of the buildings, someone said hostages. Something inside Tom snapped. He ran into the ally beside the building and began climbing the fire escape. The rusty metal was cold and wet from the morning dew, but he kept climbing. Climbing until he got to and unlocked window that he slipped in. The office was empty.

"Okay." Tom whispered. "Now to find where these hostages are." He peered behind the door and down the hall. There. The people were cowering and covering their head and a blonde paced the floor. The doors were clear glass. Not easy to sneak up to.

Actually getting there was easy. Getting in was a whole different story. But something... Happened. Tim's hand began the almost glow. He melted off the handle when he touched it. Strange.

"Well, well. The Young Justice just send you?" The blonde asked with a raised eyebrow. Tom didn't know what he meant. "Think that some boy who likes my sister can take me out?" That just confused Tom even more. But this wasn't right. He wanted, needed, to take this guy down.

~.~ Rose ~.~

"Gone? What do you mean gone?!" NightWing scoffed.

"The hostages were running out of the building. We sent a team in, found lots of damage but Cole Mogdragon is gone." The officer said.

"May I?" I asked and pointed to the room.

"Feel free." He said. I stepped in the room. There was damage. Burn marks scorched the walls. Desks were over turned and some were previously on fire.

"What happened here?" I asked myself. Who battle Cole. And who won this battle because no one in sight could have done these markings.

The kid was an easy takeout. After knocking him unconscious, Cole left. Busted through back doors. Left the kid by some dumpsters.

"Got what I needed." He whispered to himself as he got on the next bus. Cole paid the driver and sat in a back seat hood pulled up.

"Till next time Kayla." He looked down to the building and could barley see the silhouette of Kayla. The bus pulled out and drove to the next stop.

"Are you okay?" Tom shot up and ended up bumping heads with another girl.

"Ouch!" They said in union.

"Who are you?" Tom recovered first.

"Julie." The new girl replied. "You?" Tom waited before replying. Testing the waters per-say.

"Tom."

"Nice to meet you Tom. Where you heading?" Julie did like to pry.

"No where in particular." Tom said blankly.

"Same here. Maybe we can go to 'No where on particular' together? I hate traveling alone." That made atom smile slightly. A small gesture.

"Okay."
