"Uhm, hi Dad!" I said with a croaky voice. He looked at he sympathetically.
"Darling are you ok? Why are you upset?" Dad asked. I was nearly surprised.
"I wasn't ready to tell anyone about him." I answered vaguely. My dad looked at me with empathy. He came over and put his hand on my shoulder. He smiled.
"Would it make you feel better if i told you i didn't tell anyone?" He asked. I looked up and nodded, wiping any remains of the tears from my face and smiling.
"Well I didn't and we can keep it secret from Papa if you want?" He asked. I nodded and started to cry a bit of happy tears, letting go of Hunter and hugging my dad. He pat Hunter on the head somewhat like a puppy, and Hunter seemed to like that.
