when it happens

Flaky POV

When we all got done dressing in our costumes we practiced the script one last time. I was guessing flippy could see me shaking a little... It was really embarrassing. "Flaky are you alright?" "Y-yes. I'm fine...d-dont worry okay." I was not going to act like this in the play, I especially wasn't going to stutter like this. Its a habit..."come on guys we gotta hurry!" Splendid announced. After a few minutes it was time to start. I had to go first. So before the curtains rose up they set up the princesses room. It was white and had a lace bed. I had to lay on the bed holding my diary. Someone started to play piano as the curtains rose. Oh gosh...all of these people..

My heart was pounding fast. "Yawn...I guessed I must have stayed up too late again." I surprisingly said loud & clear enough for people to hear. I got out of bed and walked outside. I had to sing in front of everyone...

"Hello?" Flippy came up in his prince clothes behind a tree. Suddenly I started to blush. "Um....hello" "that was a very nice voice you had. I wanted to see where it was coming from." "You heard me?" "Yes." "Why....thank you" it was the first time I never stuttered. I didn't feel nervous anymore.

He walked up to me and bowed to kiss my hand which made me blush. "What is your name?" "Flaky...and what is yours?" "Flippy. Its very nice to meet you young princess. I hope we can be friends." He got up and smiled. My heart started to pound.

Me and him went to the back of the stage as they changed the setting up on the stage while I had to talk. "What a nice name he had...& such grace...he was very kind. We then started to talk and see each other everyday." It was exactly how I wanted the play to go & it was all thanks to flippy and everyone else too.

"Flaky." "Oh...flippy. Hello." I was sitting on a rock throwing pebbles. He sat down beside me. He looked into my eyes for what seemed like forever and it made my heart throb. "Flaky...I have a present for you." He pulled out a rose. "Why....thank you very much...it's so kind of you...its very beautiful and vibrant." I smiled & looked into his eyes. I thought that I saw his face turn red for a second but it must have been my imagination.

They then got to the part where we met splendid the knight and his two kind servants nutty & sniffles. After that it was just me in my room writing in my diary and talked.
"His eyes...are like clear water that is a beautiful color...I've never met a person quite like him before...he was loyal & kind to his friends and he protected people when in danger...he was always so nice to me...& I'll never forget the day I met him..." They changed the setting again to a sky full of stars and a pond.

I was sitting on a Rock again with flippy. "Flaky...I want you to stand up for me please.." "Okay." I stood up in front of him. He took my hand softly and put it on his face. I was blushing...."flaky...please don't ever leave me alone....I want to always be with you....I love you..." My heart started to pound. This was when we had to....

Kiss

He slowly came towards my face. I closed my eyes tightly hoping this was all a dream....he pressed his lips against mine. It felt nice....and I became really warm. "I.....love you too...." "Hey! Stay away from my daughter!" "Daddy?" Splendid played also as a dad who didn't want his daughter to fall in love. "Come on." Flippy picked me up and we ran off. After all of that it ended with us getting married. "Arnt you gonna change flaky?" Splendid looked at me. Everyone changed back into their clothes. "No...I'll just keep wearing this...I really like it." I looked at flippy and smiled.

He turned away. Then smile back."heyyy....now give us money." I turned around and saw those twins..."I don't have any money!!" I yelled at them for the first time. But then I got slapped. I fell down. I could tell flippy was angry. I tried not to cry but....I couldn't take it...

"Idionts leave her alone!" Before his eyes turned yellow he grabbed my hand and we started running. Splendid took care of them.

I looked at flippy and started to blush. "We need to hide." He found a locker and we got inside of it. We were so close. But it didn't hurt. I looked at his face and then looked down. He was blushing too. "Flippy....I'm really sorry....that this always happens to me....you don't have to help me...I wish I wouldn't cry s-so much....i-i guess....i-im really w-weak...huh?"
