The five of them decided to make a fire before John b started explaining where he had been.
JJ and Savannah went to go get more wood "you look beautiful." JJ said, she looked at him and smiled "thank you."
"Are we going to talk about it?" She asked leaning against a tree "cause I think we might need to talk about it. There's obviously something going on between us. You can't deny that." She said "no I can't." He said and walked towards her
"But I think we both know what that thing between us is." He said, she nodded "I mean we both said it already. And I meant it." JJ said and rested his hands on her waist "I did too." Savannah said grabbing his arms
They stared at each other for a second, "can I kiss you?" JJ asked, she nodded as he leaned in. Her hand went to his face and she kissed back with just as much love as he was giving.
They pulled away and smiled at each other, "I liked that. I think I'm going to do that more often." JJ said "I wouldn't stop you." Savannah said
"So what does this mean for us?" Savannah asked after a second "I think we both know what it means." JJ said Savannah nodded with a smile.
They walked back to Pope, Kie and John b who were waiting for them "where's the wood?" John b asked "the what?" JJ asked, they had completely forgot about the wood they were supposed to get.
"The wood. You know the stuff we sent you to go get. Where is it?" Pope asked "and why is your lipstick smudged?" Kie asked smiling at Savannah and pointing at her mouth.
John b and popes eyes widen and their jaws dropped when they realized what had happened.
"You know now that kie mentioned the lipstick, I think I see some on your lip." John b teased pointing to his lip and looking at JJ, kie and pope laughed in amusement.
"Okay, you know we don't need this right now. We're going to go get that wood we talked about." JJ said and grabbed Savannah hand
"Make sure you actually grab it this time." John b yelled at them
This time they did get the wood and everyone was a lot more serious now.
"Hey, guys. So, like, my dad's already gonna kill me. So what's this mandatory meeting about?" Pope asked as JJ and Savannah put the wood in the fire "Might as well tell him, man, before we're gaffed." JJ said sitting down beside Savannah "You ready for this?" John b asked "Yeah." Kie said
"So, the gold never went down with the Royal Merchant." John b said "Oh, my God. Here we go again with this." Pope groaned "No. All right, wait. Hear him out, all right?" JJ said
"It's been here the whole time. It's on the island." John b said "Are you serious? Oh, my God." Kie said "I'd like to voice my skepticism." Pope said
"I'm sure you would, Pope, but can I please present you with my evidence, sir?" John b asked "Proceed." Pope said "All right. So, in my backpack, I have a letter from Denmark Tanny." John b said
