It has been 2 months since the death of Alyssa Scott. Her brother has been with the kids, and a couple of days ago he got an idea. Maybe they need to move, a change of scenery might be good for them. So at breakfast he decided to talk to them.
They drove to a local restaurant and sat down.

"So I was thinking" he said while stirring his coffee, "that maybe it'd be nice to kinda of move..."
"We're not 6, Scott" said Matt.
"I know that it's just"
"You don't understand"
"You're right I don't" he took in a breath, "I don't want to argue, ok? I'm 34 years old, I don't have kids. I don't know how to talk to you guys because you don't talk. Look, I'm not against you guys, ok. I just want you guys to have a change of scenery. I think it might be good for you."
"Where would we go?" Asked Alex
"This little town about 4 hours away" he answered.
"But isn't that where" Dylan began
"Yes, but," their uncle answered, "we're going to try to stay away from him as long as possible. So, we good? I bought a house over there, no need to worry. It'll be fine"

The three kids nodded, not really having an option. He was trying hard and they appreciated it as much as it didn't seem like it. School started in 3 weeks, that scared Dylan, Alex had her last year of high school and Matt was starting college in the fall. They wanted to be supported, but everything was changing. Like way too fast.

Scott went on about other topics mentioning that everything would be closer and that they'd enjoy it. He also mentioned they'd be moving on wednesday. Today was Monday. His stuff from his old place was already there. So he suggested they pack soon and say their goodbyes and whatnot. He conveniently left out that the person they were talking about who lives in the same town had wanted to contact him for a while now.
