Summer Changes Everything- Kian Lawley Fan-Fic

The Un-expected -Chapter 4

As Kian drove us to a unknown place in California, i looked out his window, and then he spoke:

"So... do u wanna play a game real quick?"

"Sure" i replied with a smile.

"Ok, this is the question game, we each ask one question about each other each time, until we get to where we are going, What is your full name?"he asked.

"Dominique Tierra Nolen, Where are we going?"

"I cant tell you...so, How old are you?"

"15, why wont you tell me where we are going?"

"Cause---Wait, we are here"

As he said those words, i looked out the window and i saw one of the most beautiful sight i have ever seen.I saw a orange and pink sunset hovering over the ocean with the sight of dolphins in the distance. i got out of his car, and was astonished. i ran forward and looked down and saw dolphins and seagulls. i closed my eyes and kian came up behind me and hugged me.

" this is our first date", he said to me.

i looked at him in surprise and then he went back to his car and pulled out a basket and blankets. he laid them out on the hood of his car and we sat and watched the beautiful scenery. we talked for what seemed like a million hours, and time seemed to fly past. When it was time to leave it was 8 o'clock. I helped kian load the car back up with blankets and the picnic basket, and after that we looked at the ocean below us with small animals below us and a slight sunset ahead of us and we left to go back home. A couple of hours later,  we arrived at my house, and kian walked me too my door. 

"unexpected things are _________" i said to him. Then all of a sudden the patio lamps and light bulbs in to patio ceiling flickered. i knew it was rylee telling me to hurry.

as i turned toward kian, he kissed me on my cheek, i blushed and he told me goodnight as i walked into my house.

As i walked through the door, i was ambushed by teenage girl that popped out of nowhere.

"oh-my-gosh, did you guys go out on a date? did you? did you only go out as friends? was it fun? tell me everything" rylee, basically screamed.

As i sat down, i told her every single detail and every word that was said. i told her the description of the ocean view and told her what we talked about and what we did the trip there and back.

As our long conversation began to come to an end, i walked upstairs with rylee, both of us going in different directions. I had gone to my room and rylee went to hers. I had changed my clothes so that i was wearing: black spandex shorts and a t-shirt and i went downstairs to play with Sam and watch TV. After what seemed like a years, Sam had began to get tired and went to sleep in his bed, that was next to vogue's. I turned off all the lights downstairs and turned off the television and went upstairs to my bedroom, where i had started to get ready for bed.

Unexpectedly, Rylee came around the corner and had only said 1 sentence to me, that had stayed in my mind for the remainder of the night, and those words were: " you and kian would make a cute couple". As she left my room, i saw her walk to her bedroom, she had turned off her lights and eventually went to bed.

I laid in my bed, trying to make sense of what rylee had said to me. The thought of me and kian as a couple, made me smile, but it had also made me nervous." What if kian doesn't like me?", i thought. As i kept replaying the thought in my mind, i had eventually looked at my clock and realized it was midnight, and i was up for 3 hours more than i was supposed to.

**next morning**

I went to bed with the thought of me and kian as a couple, and now i woken up at 6:30 am,  to the same thought. The thought of this happening, made me nervous and skeptical, and as i got out of bed and went though my twitter feed, i had thought of #Kianique, i guess that would be our ship name if we were together? As i pushed this enormous weight off of my shoulders, i went down the stairs and poured myself a bowl of cereal. I heard a loud thump, echoing down the stairs and i knew rylee was dragging herself down the stairs in a "grouchy mood". When she had reached the kitchen and opened the fridge, i had just let out my thoughts. All the things that i was thinking about, kian, me and our "couple theory", had just been released, like a balloon loosing air. I felt like, a big weight was lifted off of me, and then rylee spoke:

" Did the 'couple thing' i mentioned get to you?", she said

" yea, a little, cause i was up until midnight just thinking about of that", i replied.

As rylee got her breakfast, we had talked about this situation, and did other things girls would do about 'boy related problems'. About two hours later, rylee was seated in front of the TV with vogue by her side, and me and Sam went upstairs.  I had picked out my outfit: denim Capri, a white crop-top with a henna hand and my black vans. I had placed Sam in his bed and he laid there, surrounded b tons of toys. Once he was entertained, i had went to my bathroom and turned on the water, as well as my Bluetooth speaker, turned on some music and danced my way through showering. I had then gotten dressed, did my hair and put on a straw fedora, and then leaped down the stairs with my furry friend beside me.

As i was going outside, the doorbell rang and i ran to get it. And when i opened the door...
