It's been a month since we arrived here, and everything has been great. I frequently visit my mother's grave since the last time I saw her was before we flew to Australia. I also go to La Union with my other cousins because they said that  it's one of the most popular tourist destinations for the younger generation today, and we had a good time there.

Sunset, sand, and beach are the best things to ever exist

But suddenly my not-so-busy days came to an end. Because following our trip to La Union, Abuelo brought me to a meeting with some of his pals, aka business partners.

He introduced me as the person in charge of the construction of the new hotel that we'll be constructing in Batangas. During those times, I simply want to hug myself tight for taking extra business management classes because the people I'm talking to are so business savvy that if you don't learn anything about it, you won't be able to understand them or answer their never-ending questions.

And due to the fact that I can't say no to Abuelo because this is the path I need to take, I'm currently in the car on my way to the villa where I'll be staying.

I even have some of my things with me since I'll be staying there for the time being.

When we arrived in Batangas, we passed by the construction site on our way to the Villa. Large construction vehicles were seen, and many employees are still working.

Hoping that these people would help me in creating a result that my family would be proud of.

A walled Villa took place just next to the site.

The beauty of it can already be seen from a distance. All of the lovely lights that are switched on could be seen through the large windows.

A magnificent garden greeted me when someone opened the gate.

And when I looked over to the beach side of the Villa, I noticed a gorgeous orange-yellow-pink blend in the sky as it meets the sea halfway.

I was taken aback by how beautiful this place was; it seems that it has been built specifically for me.

When I got to the front door, a staff whom I assumed to be my helper got the luggage that I was carrying and assisted me to my room on the second floor.

Earlier, I was taken aback by the well-kept landscape, but now I'm speechless due to the stunning view from my room; the shore is so tranquil simply because no one is there.

As I fix my things, I imagine how everything will turn out. From the designs of the rooms and floors through the construction budget.

It made me excited and anxious at the same time

It's now beyond 7 PM,  I'm typing some notes on my laptop so I don't forget it tomorrow when someone surprisingly knocked on my door.

When the door opened, I noticed Cynthia standing there with a tray of food.

She placed it on top of my desk and added, "I hope you like what I prepared cause according to your Abuela you're a picky eater, so if you don't like it, just let me know so I can change it."

"Oh, you don't have to," I responded, "from the smell of that dish, I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy eating it."

She just smiled shyly and leave the room.
