The Question and The Answers

Will you never see what I do when I look at you

Your question makes me squirm and I answer

I'm afraid you'll see what I've tried to hide

I'm afraid you'll see the ugly I feel inside

I'm afraid you'll see the flawed places

I'm afraid you'll see the empty spaces

I'm afraid you'll see my tears

I'm afraid you'll see my fears

You answer, let me love what you've tried to hide

You answer,I love the ugly you feel inside

You answer, show me all the flawed places

You answer, l want to fill the empty spaces

You answer, let me taste your salted tears

You answer, share with me your fears

I'm trembling both with fear and amazement

For I see now what you see and I feel beautiful
