We start off inside of the Hero Billboard Chart JP building. It is filled to the brim with every current hero in Japan.

Up above, we see Kaina sitting up in the rafters of the building, a look of worry on her features.
Kaina: "When's he getting here?" She checks her watch, showing it's 9:00 PM. "He isn't usually this late. He should've been here about 15 minutes ago."
???: "Sorry about that." A raspy voice behind her says. The moment she heard that voice, she whipped around and activated her quirk. She aims her rifle at the figure's face, which was obscured by a blue cloak.
Kaina: "Who are you, and what are you doing up here?" She says, glaring at the hooded figure.
???: "You don't recognize me?" He says in a fake hurt tone of voice. "That hurts, Kaina."
Kaina: "Only one person gets to call me by that name, and that's not you." She steps closer, putting the rifle closer to his face. "Now who are you?"
???: "Maybe this will help." His cloak opens up, revealing they were 4 moth-like wings. They also expose what the man looks like.

Kaina: "How does that-?" She sees the green hourglass symbol on his chest, making her embarrassed, and making her deactivate her quirk. "L-legion? Is that r-really you?"
Big Chill: "Yes, and I call this form Big Chill." He flies around her. "It's good to see you again, Kaina. How are you?"
Kaina: "I-I'm good." She starts scratching her head and looks away. "Sorry for almost shooting you."
Big Chill: "It's fine. I shouldn't have snuck up on you like that." He laughs before he lands next to her on the rafters, folding his wings up again. "So, the bitch got you to work here too?"
Kaina: "Yeah, but I only came to help keep Endeavor under control. However, it may have also helped that she told me you also agreed to come as well." She blushes a bit. "A-anyway, when did you get that new form?"
